They gave me a truck at this location that had the catalytic converter cut out so the truck was so loud it gave me a migraine. We had to use it for a 6 hour trip. I won't use uhaul again I paid $400 for a truck that had bald tires and was literally painful to drive and no one did anything but say sorry. This truck should have never been out in the field, the drop off worker even said that and whoever moved the truck to the pick up area had to have known something was wrong and let me take it anyway to make a buck.Rhawnie P.

Truck I rented had a issue with the suspension. Truck had a Definite lean to one side, like it had a busted spring or bad shock. Employee did say she would write it up and pass it on to her boss to get fixed, so thumbs up there.Mark S.

All Around Self Storage Charged our credit card 60 bucks twice for same rental.. Counterperson was a young girl who didnt know the uhaul system at all, and had to keep on the phone with owner every step of the way,, She had to swipe my card 6 times!. (and it got hit twice) took over an hour and a half to rent a reserved trailer. Spoke with owner over the phone, who was arrogant and condensening. the owner claimed it was refunded, it is not. we are still out 120 for $60 rental. do yourself a favor, and go to the 7th street Uhaul store(had to go there anyway) unless you want an absolute rip off nightmare.These people are clueless, and I ended up paying for thier mistakes. In the end, we ended up paying $120 for a $47 dollar rental.and no one,knows where the Extra money went. Worst experience we ever had with a Uhaul dealer in 30 years.crystal T.
The person at the desk was very nice and kind but utterly clueless connecting the equipment. She said the hitch was fully connected to the ball and it wasn't. She could not attach the light harness and could not lift the trailer tongue (I was more than happy to help her but she was struggling and struggling trying to do it on her own and could not). But the worst thing was her insisting it was fully seated on the ball. I had to insist that it was not. Had I not known better, I would have driven off with disaster to follow. When I called to reserve the trailer I was told it would be at another location, however it was at this location. So it was so nice when everyone was so helpful and they located the trailer, we drove there, picked it up and was quickly on our way. Like everyone just shifted gears to make things work for us. I had reserved a 17' truck but it wasn't available. The 15' truck worked but having what the customer reserved would have been nice. The computer was having some issues but the worker did a great job of explaining what the process was. At turn in of the truck was quick and easy.Lottie F.

person at counter did not know how to use your system, could not type and I spent almost an hour trying to get the rental, she could not find my reservation, no paper way of getting me the rental so she had to call for assistance, the whole point of a reservation is to not have to stand there and wait for all the information to be entered by someone who is not computer literate, not trained and can not type. I will try hard to never rent from U Haul again. Horrible experience.John H.

I was charged almost $100 more than I was quoted and when we have called we are told its "taxes". I get a little extra for taxes but almost $100 that is asinine! Will never use uhaul again! This was all before I returned the uhaul we didn't add extra miles besides what we was told and we didn't have it any longer than quoted, but still they charged us almost $100 more than quoted and blamed it on taxes.
