I had scheduled for pickup at a different facility that was closer to me. When I had gone to the scheduled facility, they sent me several miles out of my way to this facility. The people were very nice and knowledgeable, but it had inconvenienced me due to the fact I was on a time schedule.

This transaction was very disappointing. I reserved the truck online with the main location on Red Wolf Blvd., in Jonesboro two weeks in advance because the representative in that store said reserve it as soon as possible to insure that my truck would be available. Is two weeks not sufficient time? Instead when I received my telephone call 24 hours in advance of pickup, I was surprised when the poorly prepared office manager told me that the truck would be at another location. I requested the Red Wolf Blvd., location because I had to pass by the location for my destination. Why would I be required to go to another location six miles out of my way to a location that had a total of two trucks on the lot? This was a very poor decision by U-Haul. Is customer satisfaction not a factor with U-Haul? In addition to the wrong location, I also requested two furniture dollies and only one was available. How difficult is it to have two dollies? The only good thing I can say about this location is that I was not charged for the dolly and charged only for 12 furniture pads when I wanted and received 24. U-Haul needs to revaluate their scheduling process and to carefully monitor their store representatives. This weekend with U-Haul was very disappointing.

The office manager was not helpful at all. She didn't appear to know what she was doing. I had to return the trailer here because I was picking up a truck, which was also not the location I selected. This location was six miles out of the way, but I will review this process on the truck review. I was very disappointed in this location and would not recommend it.

The store was closed when I arrived to pick up the Uhaul at my scheduled time. I had to call Uhaul to get someone out there do I could pick it up 3 hours later. When I got there they had given the wrong Uhaul to the customer before us. That took over an hour to figure out. I was suppose to get $30 off which is what my receipt stated but she charged me for the full amount. I will not be using Uhaul again.
