Will B.The Owner of the business was great with his service to rental customers. However, the biggest down side is that it's a one-man operation. When he goes to lunch, the business is locked up with no customer rentals and check-in services. I don't expect him to do without eating during the day, but there are options like hiring a 2nd person, having lunch delivered or a bring lunch to work. There are a minimum of 4 local drive-thru restaurants within 1/4th mile - McDonalds, Dairy Queen, Taste Buds and Main Street Pizza (and more - Freiburgs, White Duck Taco, Bug'r & Barrel, Mid-City Grill, etc.)
Ronald J.Employees were friendly and got me through the process quickly. They listened to my concerns about the truck and said they were getting it into service because it should not have driven the way it did for me.
