First of all, I spoke to the owner of 903 landscape supply company for a good bit to get the specifics down with the truck we were going to rent. We thought had a 20 foot truck. The day we went to get the truck we found out it was a15 foot truck. The owner of 903 landscape supply never contacted us to tell us he could not get the 20 foot truck. So, we had no choice but to take it! We had closing of our house at 4:30 pm and were moving into our apartment at 9:00 am. Of course there was a monster snow storm coming. So, we had to add miles onto our total package price because we had to make multiple trips to move. I would not recommend 903 landscape. We should have been notified of this inconvenience! Terrible situation! Please make special note of this!!! We may never use uhaul again because of this!!!! If you lived this with us you would understand! We have two twin toddlers and this mad for a horrific situation! Never again will I step foot on 903 landscape premise or use a u haul because dog This!!! We were so excited to move and this changed the whole situation!

I demand a partial refund ... at least. I waited 75 (seventy-five) minutes to pick up my rental. That is the number of minutes that it took the clerk to process my rental - NOT time that I had to wait in line. I had gone to this UHaul Center several days prior and gave all of the pertinent information. When I went to pick up the truck, the clerk could not get her computer to work. It was exasperating. She eventually called some UHaul headquarters and got partial assistance. Not only did I have to wait unnecessarily, but I also had to pay my helper for his time; he had been hired to drive me to the center and then help me to pack the truck. This was an extremely terrible experience, one that I had not anticipated given Uhaul's reputation combined with the fact that I had made a reservation prior.

The rental location is not the problem. Itâ€™s U-Haul thatâ€™s the problem. The stupid Steps you take before a rental now is a big waste of my time. Asking for a friends or relatives number to contact in case I donâ€™t return the trailer. Thatâ€™s ridiculous.

I requested a dolly and pads for my order. Neither were in the truck. We had to back to pick up the dolly and never got the pads. Also, 24 truck share was slow. I had to wait over a half an hour to have it processed.

Everyone at the location was really nice. The only problem we had is that we were supposed to get a dolly and when we got back we realized it wasnâ€™t in the truck. Other than that, though, we had a good experience and everyone was very friendly.

When I called uhaul corp. to ask about a charge on my credit card, I could not understand uhaul operator as her phone kept breaking up. I hung up and called back and still got every other word. you need a better phone system.

My only issue is that I only went 14 miles and it cost me over $12.00 in gas. It was a new truck and it did not have a full tank of gas . They insisted that it was almost full and I brought it in at between 7/8 and full after putting a little over a gallon of gas. I was told the truck (new one, only had 1092 miles on it and I did not move more than 100/150 pounds for a half mile, but I was told you only get 5 miles per gallon! I contacted UHAUL and was told the trucks average 10 miles. To avoid this kind of problem, I think you should make sure that the trucks are rented with a full tank of gas to avoid confusion. They are the nicest people and I know that they are not trying to mess me up, but I also know that I did not use up 3 gallons of gas to drive 13 miles without a load and half a mile with less than two hundred pounds,! It is sad because I have rented quite a few trucks from you when I lived in Harrisburg and I plan to move back ! At those rates for gas, I wonâ€™t be able to afford you!

Truck was presented to me with an active check engine light, which remained on, most of the day. They tried to sleuth it, but could not figure out the problem. The vehicle was presented as having a 9/16 full tank. In reality, it was less than half full. I returned it more than half full.

Have the people at Uhaul corporate get this dealer site online. 903 does not show up online, I had to actually call this dealer to find out if they had any trailers there I could rent. Fortunately for me they did and I was able to get y moving done . This dealer is invisible online and they have complained about that to their area manager but he was no help..

I rented a trailer for one location, I went to pick it up and the trailer was not there, the store manager got on line and told to go to a different location, I waisted 2 hours and the trailer was 45 minutes from my location, the second store manager told me because all that trouble she was going to allow me to return it to another Uhaul near my location and I did so, but after the give me the copy of the receipt, I found out that I got charged $130.68 instead of 32.95, for that reason I don't recommend Uhaul to anyone on top of that I call them and they told me that I broke contract.

Do not offer a 20 foot truck and then only provide a 17 foot truck! I could not fit all my belongings and have to make multiple trips back and forth using my car. Iâ€™ll never use U-haul again. Penske is better.

If this location had staff available for the U-Haul renting would have made it a better experience. The app has some serious flaws and bugs that need to be fixed since it took me over 35 minutes while at the rental location. I had previously downloaded the app and opened an account with all my information as well as payment on the account. I had to keep loading my information multiple times while at the truck and having to go through all the pick up steps over five times. Very frustrating and a waste of my time. Was also quoted 29.95 plus .89 cents a mile while being charged 1.39 mile nice surprise for me.
