Don't change my rental location without checking with me. Have employees wear masks. I waited nearly 30 minutes while the gentleman called uhaul to work out some inventory issue for my dolly. Sell the equipment for towing lights. Tell customers they 10 foot truck doesn't have a ramp.
When we picked up the Uhaul they did not tell us about taking pictures and to add to the contract to make sure we were not liable.
This business should not be a reseller of your product. The people were nice but the place looks like a junk yard. The road getting to the business is a gravel road with big pot holes.Where the trailers are parked is muddy with big areas filled with water. My shoes got muddy waling around, which now need to be cleaned. Also, thee is not enough room to turn around in the back area where the trailers are. Extremely disappointed in the whole experience from getting my location changed to the new location and how terrible the conditions are a the towing company.. You need to drop that business.
Don't charge people twice
I have ready trucks from you in the past Affordable Towing was decent but talking to anybody yet corporate office or customer service was a total bust I don't think I'll ever rent from you again because this was the worst experience I had dealing with customer service Representatives about where to pick the truck up where to turn the truck in all the bullshit that I had to put up with not a happy person but
The trailer I rented was great and the associates even replaced a fuse in my vehicle to get my lights to work properly. I was even given the choice of what type of doors I wanted for my size trailer - barn door or roll-up. However, please increase check-in speed and acknowledge the presence of arriving customers even if you have to tell them to please wait and you'll be with them shortly.
I had reserved a dolly for my move, but when I got to the location, there wasn't one available. I was still charged the $7 to rent the dolly. Thanks!
I specifically requested to pick it up at House if Bargains because I knew their lot was flat and paved. This lot was up a very steep hill on a property littered with old vehicles and trailers. It was very difficult to access the trailer. When I finally got to the trailer, we discovered I had the wrong size ball hitch. The establishment tried to sell me a rusty hitch for $30 when I know a brand new one is $15-20. When I returned the trailer, the spot they had told me to leave it (the one flat spot on the property) had another full size truck parked there. As it was Sunday morning, no one was present at the established. My son and I were barely able to position it in a way that it would not roll down the hill and were nearly injured in the process. We have jokingly dubbed this establishment as Hillbilly Uhaul.
It is very difficult to get to the location. You have to go down a gravel road that is not maintained. The properties you pass before you actually get to the rental location are not very desirable. I was also disappointed in the reservation system. I made the reservation for a different pickup closer to my house and 5 min later was told they did not have the equipment I requested. Very poor customer service overall from Uhaul.
The man who checked out the truck was very pleasant to work with.
Charged dble for one day rent even after calling
I am highly disappointed with UHAUL, made my reservation, but had to waste almost an hour to complete the paperwork...your computer system repeatedly denied my truck (Ford F-150 with heavy duty tow package) was capable of using your car transporter. I have used UHAUL numerous times with no problems.
Great customer service at Affordable Towing LLC. Better than good people, some of the best I have met. Great location.
I rented truck for $208.00 and toll dolly for $47.00 The guy refused to give me printed contract. Obviously no time to read whole email as time was running out since we have spent hour and half because the using his cell phone to input details whiles computer was available. Was very irritating. Now I went to drop off the truck over $350.00 for truck and $70.00 for toll dolly. They have additions I did not consent. The truck was empty of gas I bought $98.00 gas and the truck had half thank when I returned it. THIS IS A COMPLETE MESS AND RAISING MY B/P. Somebody please contact and fix this please.
Truck we reserved for 7/27/19 had blown a fuse and was not ready at the reservation pick up time. The staff was apologetic and worked to correct the issue. Equipment (utility dolly) we requested when we reserved the truck on 7/6/19 was not available. The car dolly inventory number could not be entered into the computer system after our car had been loaded onto the car dolly. Staff had us unload our vehicle, they unhitched the car dolly and replaced it with another and then we loaded our vehicle again. Staff was further hindered in completing the online check in process due to system issues and our information had to be entered into the computer 6-8 times even though we had registered and completed the Express Check In weeks before. All these issues resulted in a 1.5 hour delay with movers waiting on us to arrive with the truck and utility dolly. Onsite staff assisting us asked the manager if we could receive a discount for our inconvenience but he declined. I've sent two emails to U-Haul corporate requesting consideration for a discount and have not received a response as of this writing.
Associate uses cell phone for business whiles computer is available spent over one hour. Refused to give me print out and inspect truck with email. Checking email for contract time consuming. Got home to notice truck almost empty. I just return the truck to pay 208 just to realize someone put insurance without my consent or discussion. I feel they kept things in the dark just to dupe me. I called on same day of pick up to complain and I NEED SOMEBODY PLEASE CONTACT ME. and there are even more issues.
I had a reservation for 7:30am and there was no one at the rental place until 8:35. I had movers waiting on me and ended up paying them $120 for nothing. I paid for moving pads and did not receive them. The truck was given to me with no gas in it, the needle was past empty, and I luckily realized it in time to fill up. I very easily could have been stranded. I have been dealing with u-haul since the mid '90s and have never had a bad experience. But this was awful. I need to speak to someone about a refund.
1. make the checkin quicker. The employee struggled for 30 minutes to process my rental even though I had booked in advance on line. Have them sweep out and hose the trailer after each use.

Very difficult to find, even w/ GPS. More directional signage is suggested.
The location was in the middle of nowhere. It wasn't the easiest to find. The checkout process took almost 30 minutes.
Pictures, opinions and a request for return of fee will be coming. This location put my physical health at grave risk of injury.
Took a hour to rent the trailer even though I had a reservation. Guy just had no concept of time. Then the trailer was stuck to the frozen ground. Worst of all was the place itself. It was like a run down shanty. Laughably too Deliverance-like. I won't be returning.
