The lady and gentlemen at the front counter were courteous and helpful. It was easy to make an online reservation. My reservation was correct and the rental was ready when I arrived. There were some little pieces of rocks or something similar inside the truck that we didn't notice until we started loading our items into the truck. Returning the truck was easy experience. I would rent from this location again.

Janda RI was charged for another rental period because I passed 20 minutes the time scheduled. But it does not make any sense because I paid a rental price for 20 minutes more but I rent a car for 3 hours. If I could rent for 4 hours I wouldn’t payed any charge more.
