The man rented the unit to us over the phone. It was sort of weird because we told him that we were returning in Lindale, Texas and we never received any documents showing that we rented the trailer. I didn't know where to return the trailer. It was super weird to not have the proper information to return something that isn't yours.

Everything was great, keep up the great work
Antiono J.Could not complete as a mobile pick up. Had to wait for owner to call UHaul and do the check in over the phone, which took some time. However, overall it was faster than going to an actual UHaul.
John M.The reserved a 4x7. Arrived to pick it up and the agent was out of town. Worked with us over the phone and when we went outside to the trailer we were renting, it had holes drilled into it from a prior renter. We were forced to take a larger trailer and had to pay the upgraded price even though it wasn't our fault that the equipment was damaged.
