Rental owner was very pushy about us returning our truck much earlier than what we were paying to have it reserved for, even called us during our move to see if we could bring it back then claiming there was another family there who needed a truck...When we did drop our truck off (still earlier than our reservation deadline), he had another truck sitting there. So we felt like he was just trying to double book his trucks to make more $$. Gave us a hard time about our reservation in general when we picked up the truck, so calling us in the middle of moving didn't leave a good taste in our mouths either. We paid for a full day so to call us within in a few hours of picking up was ridiculous. Won't be renting from this location again!!!

The van wasn't clean at all dirt was everywhere an trash was under the seat I didn't keep it as long as I planned do to the filthiness. And I feel as though I was over charged. When I shouldn't have been charged for such a messed up service. They get 0% for the nastiest uhaul I've ever been in...customer service was excellent thou. He wasn't aware of the filth

I went to the office and made a reservation to rent a trailer the next day to drive from Miami, FL and drop off in Jacksonville Fl. I was quoted $150. When I showed up the next day to pick up the trailer, they told me it would cost $470. They said the person that tended to me the day before made a mistake and reserved a trailer for me to rent in Jacksonville FL and drop off in Miami, Fl even though I was standing right there in front of her in Miami!!!! The price was more than 3 times higher!!! The manager said if I drove it to Jacksonville and back it would only cost $190. I had to do that and spend extra money on gas and tolls and wear and tear on my truck. When I asked the manager what will happen to the employee that messed up my reservation he said "everybody makes mistakes" or words to that effect! A $320 mistakeand no disciplinary action? Really? This is UHaul not some rinky tink mom and pop trailer shop. I would never go back to this location!

On Friday 3 March, I returned my U-Haul to this location it was during this time we filled the U-Haul back to the proper fill line. There were complications with my bank card where it was frozen, my friends went in and paid cash, which I was told by him and the cashier. I went into the store and asked was everything good? Do I owe you anything else? The cashier said no you're free to go. I received a notice from my bank stating that a charge of $27.20 was declined, so I called the store and asked why is there a charge when you told me I was good to go and he said I don't know but I have it in my system where it shows you paid cash because your friend said your card was frozen and he was going to pay it in cash. So I called the support number where I was informed that a promissory note was in the system for that amount. So I called the store back spoke with the man and that is where he told me no it wasn't paid in cash and so then I asked why did you just tell me he paid cash when he didn't and before I left the store I asked you was everything good with the rental fee and you said yes. This is where he got rude and loud saying " Do you think your the only person I talk to or had to come and get a rental that day?" I said it doesn't matter, if I ask you twice about the status of the vehicle and you say it is taken care of then that is what I expect. Very unprofessional and rude, I will never rent from this site ever again!

The associate was very pleasant and helpful. This is not my first time renting from U-Haul and I'm disappointed that fuel in vehicles aren't at full so that when it is returned it's not a guessing game as to how many gallons need to be replaced. Get it full, return it full.

My overall experience was terrible. The gas fuel amount wasn't docuented correctly on my account. The mileage wasn't documented correctly on my account. My total is based off a guess because the didn't know how much gas or miles were used with the customer before me. I had to wait for a long time during checkout and ended up with no answers. I still don't have a final receipt.

You can pull the truck from the side/behind the store, or maybe cut the grass so a customer doesn't have to walk through knee high grass to get the truck. Maybe want to hire someone that can assist with the uhaul rental procedure so it wouldn't be a inconvience to the customer to keep stopping to ring other customers up who isn't getting a uhaul. Being a brand embassador, knowing what can and cant be done instead of calling uhaul employees liars. You should listen to the customers when they call in with a complaint instead of cutting them off, interrupting stating what you cant do calling other employees/managers liars that work in the uhaul customer services centers. A walk around inspection of the vehicle with the customer should also be required before the customer leaves the location. Professionalism maybe a couple of training classes would also help.
