John BarnettI'm pleased with the car transport trailer. Thank you very much!
Ryan PerryI had to replace the windshield wipers after calling the office informing that windshield wipers were flopping rubber. The office replied the Regional manager in charge of maintenance will have give me a call to correct the problem. I received no call so I took the situation as my responsibility and had the wipers replaced costing me out of pocket $45. After returning the truck there was no parking available so I parked the double parked. I was charged an additional $100 after returning the vehicle a day before the return date. No I am not happy!! It would be nice to be compensated for at minimum $145 for materials and the $100 for what after returning the truck in good condition!
Charles ShultsThe building listed the site as a U-Haul dealer, but it was not at all clear where to go IOT turn in the trailer. I had to back the trailer into an inclined parking position, and no chocks were available to stop the trailer from sliding forward. The attendant found a few small rocks. I donated a piece of 2x4 to ensure the trailer did not roll into my vehicle. I requested some sort of signature for receipt of the vehicle, but the second attendant processing the paperwork was "not comfortable" doing that. The process is apparently "app" based and I would get a receipt via e-mail. I wanted documentation that the trailer was returned in good condition before I left the site. I waited for the e-mail and viewed it via my phone, but the image would not expand, so almost impossible to read. I signed a piece of paper to receive the trailer and felt that the U-Haul process should have given me had a signed receipt upon return.
