Got the truck with a quarter of a tank which is very hard to judge, also very inconvenience as i have to get gas right away. I told uahul was pulling a trailer multiple times.i even was upset when i asked if it came with a hitch and they said no. i asked if i could rent one and they said no. When i got up to my trailer i noticed that for some reason haul only had 4 pin connections (which is very rare for a brand new gmc truck) haul converted this to only 4 pin. My trailer only had a 7pin. When i told haul about it they sent me to a place to get an adaptor. I drove 5 miles to get an adaptor, bought it and came back. they closed at 3pm, which it was 315 now and sure enough they gave me the wrong adaptor even know i was very clear on the problem i was having. i called the emergency road side and told me that they can't help me because it my personal trailer and they dont help my personal equipment. i told them i dont need help with my trailer i need help with the uhaul and dont understand why they changed the connection and ONLY have 4 point connection. I went to was mart thinking i can get an adaptor and it is extremely rare that anyone goes from a 4 point connection to a 7 point. every adaptor goes to a 7 point to a 4 point. so i go back to my trailer and call 4 u haul places and all of them are forward to a call center and can't confirm they have the part. very frustrated at this point because i just want to talk to someone at haul. so i call the place i rented the haul from and explain what's going on and they tell me that "that is weird, almost all truck have both connections" i explained to them this one doesn't what am i doing wrong. i asked them if i can switch it out with a connection that would work for me and they tell me that they do not have another truck and to call roadside. i call back to the roadside and explain it one more time. She doesn't know the answer and transfer me to a specialist. he tells me i need this part. i said i understand that but i can't call any haul as they transfer me to a call center so i can't confirm that they have the part before i waste more miles and my time and that i am very mad as i dont understand why this brand new truck was converted to only have these 4 pin connection. the lady then called a few u haul places now that she knows that part that i need and is getting the same problem i was getting. every time she calls she is getting forward to someone that is not at the location and cannot confirm that they have the part. Why does this happen? she tells me she will still keep trying and will call me back. I then call every local auto parts store around me and they tell me they do not carry the part because no one only has a 4 pin connection. All trucks have 7 pin connections and some trailer require 4 pin connections. i told them for some reason this brand new truck was ONLY converted into 4 pin connections. the employee from uahul finally called me back and told me that she located the part and it

The person I had to deal with ,Steven,was extremely rude and unprofessional.At one point refuses to complete my transaction and asked me to leave or he will call the police Because I insisted that he explains things I didn’t understand about my bill.He was very agitated and kept saying “ I don’t work for U-HAUL “.He would not answer my questions and was very nervous and paced back and forth the entire time.He did not know what he was doing and had to call his boss to ask him about everything .His boss ,Brian,would not address his employee’s rude behavior and was almost afraid of him .He even questioned me for asking questions about my bill.An absolutely disgusting experience.Will never go back there and I don not recommend this business .

The experience was great. The service was quick and friendly. I arrived without an appointment and was taken care of without any fuss. The employee (sorry I can't remember his name) was very helpful and made the process seem seamless. In 6 weeks I will be back to rent another truck. :)

Tried to return to local location, was told had to go to this location or additional charge, then had to dirve further and was charged for gas fuel up including $30 fee, unacceptable, your returns were terrible, I spent and hour on the phone at the tail end of a long move. Very unhappy with the end result of UHaul.

It was unclear how and where to turn in my Uhaul truck at Smooth Move Logistics. The person who answered the phone was rude and unhelpful. Another employee was rude when we brought the truck onto the property. I would not recommend this Uhaul Neigborhood Dealer. It did not seem set up physically or temperamentally for interaction with customers, or for receiving rental trucks. That being said, the employee who checked the truck in was friendly and efficient, and there were no problems in the final transaction.

I returned my trailer after hours to the designated drop area but I didn’t want to leave the unit unlocked with all my rental blankets inside so i took the rental blankets home. When I returned them the next morning my card had already been charged for the missing blankets. There needs to be a better way to drop off when blankets are involved.

I arrive there during business hours to drop of the U-Haul in which there was a lack of ANYONE working. Gate was locked, and I’m pretty sure I made eye contact, while my trailer right behind me, with the employee who then drove away as if I wasn’t going to be his problem that day. Because of this I was left confused and ended up being charged for an extra day in which I will not pay, and am still trying to resolve with U-Haul.

Inform customers BEFORE BOOKING that you are going to completely rip them off by charging over $50 if they do not refill the 2-4 gallons of gas they used in their 24 mile round trip, especially when you make it seem that the $0.79/mile fee will cover any used gas. Do not charge $25 cleaning fees if the equipment is returned in the same condition it is returned in, or if you must charge cleaning fees, please disclose BEFORE BOOKING that there will be a $25 cleaning fee. II'm assuming the cleaning fee is just a scam seeing as the truck I rented smelled like a homeless person was living in it. I am very pissed off I was quoted for around $60 and then charged over $150 (about 2.5 times your quote). I will not be using Uhaul ever again, I will be leaving bad reviews online, and I will recommend to everyone I come in contact with for the rest of my life to use a different moving company. PISS POOR UHAUL, JUST TRULY PISS POOR. You get 2 thumbs down and 2 middle fingers up.
