Smooth Moves was the best, we were supposed to close on our home on April 27th, which did not happen due to some issues on the sellers side after we had the truck already loaded. I called them and explain and explained the issue and they were very understanding. I continued to stay in touch with them and finally a week later we moved into our home. Drop off location was too far from where I was unloading the U-Haul. Not sure how drop locations are determined but I felt like I was moving inventory around instead of unpacking at my new home.

I am extremely disappointed in the haul process. I went online and asked for the closest rental location to a certain address. imagine my surprise after finding that there was a uhaul rental RIGHT IN THE SAME LOCATION as i had ask for the closest yet haul provided me a different location.

I booked a reservation online but didn't know the difference between "in town" and "one way" or that there was such a thing. I ended up having to drive an hour and a half through traffic to return my uhaul or else face a 100$ fee. It also added an additional 30 miles on to my bill. A warning would have been nice. But the men I worked with me and did what they could.
