Be patient. I was trying to check the truck in and the guy came out and was getting the information that I was trying to add to the turn in app. He could have waited 5 minutes and he would have had all the information he needed. He didn't introduce himself. I didn't understand at first who he was or what he was wanting. I turned the truck in over an hour early. So I was confused when he was saying he was trying to hurry and get it ready for the next family to pick it up.

The representative called us and said we owed $11,000 which was clearly a clerical error. We used the uhaul for 6 hours and only went 40 miles. The representative called back with the correct amount which was $130, but before calling and wasting my time and theirs, the representative should have researched the numbers and corrected her error before even calling a customer. Very ignorant and unprofessional.
There was confusion between national reservation and drop off site. It wasn't full and they want to take drop off.
Know one was there put the key in the drop of box and drive off.
Arrived late, unloaded the trailer, dumped it, and left. For the most part you need to do a better job of selected distributors.
There was poor signage and no where to park. There was no one available at the location to help me.
AC on the truck was non functional. That was not disclosed. I wanted to get the move finished more than I wanted to bother with a fix on AC or the trouble of getting another truck. In pre trip inspection found truck engine oil to be a quart low. Renting location did not have oil. Told me to buy and keep receipt to show upon turn in. I did that but credit of $6.94 was not reflected in final bill. Truck was half full of fuel. I returned 3/4 full. Credit was not given. Other than that all fine.
The lady was new to the job and had trouble with the check-in when the return was not in the system. We were able to make the return with the guidance of someone on the phone though so all's well.
Stop charging for mileage but for the day instead. Putting the gas back in was okay.
Be there to rent the truck. We had a noon pick up time and found a note on the door stating that they would be back at 1:30. After waiting an hour and a half, the attendant said she didn't get automatic notifications from the main office and was therefore unaware of the appointment (even though I spoke with her on the phone twice that week, confirming the appointment).
They said they didn't know what they were doing. That they just work for the storage center.
Reserved a trailer online, all went well with that. Got a confirmation number and all was good. But when we checked in no reservation was found in their system. Somehow, their records showed we had already checked in-my appt. was at 9 am. But the check in girl was super & got me what I needed and apologized. Then when I returned it that afternoon at 4 pm, (got there 30 minutes early), the system had showed we had already checked it in. The office girl had to call main office to try to get it all straightened out. She was great, very apologetic. We finally got our deposit back and a receipt. But unsure if it all got fixed or not. Don't know if I will reserve one online any more or not.
Had GREAT customer service in both locations ( Jackson,TN and Houston, TX). The guys were friendly and helpful.
