Truck was dirty box needed swept out before we could use it. There was food on the floor in the cab steering wheel was very sticky and found water bottles and food wrappers on the floor of the cab!!!!!

The dealer told me I had until the dealer in MO closed to return the trailer. I got it there around 3pm and had to completely unload the trailer by myself w my hurt back. Then I went to the office and waited for them to inspect it. The guy told me it was $21.45. I showed the guy where I got hurt which caused me to be an hour late so I was charged $21.45. I got hurt loading up items we were giving to charity In a uhaul moving van that was at the house as well. It was raining which caused the step down to be slick. My left leg slipped Rt out from Under me when I stepped down. It put me 4-5 feet in the air parallel to the ground and trailer receiver. I landed on The trailer hitch receiver the. Hit the concert. I could not move for 10-15 mins, it put a hematoma right above my tail bone the size of a baseball. The guy said he can't waive the late fee. I have to be at my dr apt at 4. I told him whatever I've got to go. I rent from uhaul all the time and thought it was rediculious to charge a late fee for literally less then an hour because I was hurt so bad I could barely drive or walk.

I originally reserved my rental in Cape. The attendant who took my reservation was very sloppy with spelling my name, email and taking my phone number (all were wrong on my reservation). I called to confirm my reservation the week before and this is when I was able to correct all the wrong inputs for my reservation. Afterward, I received a call from your Springfield office saying i would have to pick up in Jackson a day earlier (I was given the extra day free). This wasn't an issue for me but I sure am glad I called in advance. I fret to think of what could have happened if I showed up in Cape on the day I was suppose to pick up with all my information wrong.

Be less argumentative/rude. Answer questions honestly when customers call. Have things ready on time. Don't make customers fill out paperwork they've already filled out online.
