The truck had mechanical problems when I first left the rental office. The engine light was on and began to blink which caused it not to have power. I called the rental office and was told to call the 800 number. They were not helpful. I didn't finish my moving job I was afraid to drive the truck beyond half done. I would like half of a refund or a free rental to finish my job. 517-414-7407

The clerk entered the wrong drop off location and this caused numerous problems.

Vehicle was not prepared for rental appointment. Fleet was not cleared of snow. Staff stated that they were short staffed and were unable to clear snow in time. Person told to clean snow off sat in the truck with truck running, then drove off, adding a mile to the odometer, apparently attempting to clear snow off using the power of wind... Driver left lot 35 minutes after scheduled pick up time.

Try and Find a way to lower prices it's hard I know but a lot of people don't have the money because they don't make good money to keep up with the price increases

For Corporate: Need to clean up your website. I was not able to verify my rruck for towing on line. The rep told me that they are required to visually check now so the system won't let the verification process continue. The site should just skip that step but still allow you to pee enter the other information, like payment and destination. It would save everyone time at pick up.

I had reserved the trailer online expecting to walk in, show my drivers license, sign something and leave. This was not the case. It took them over 40 minutes to get through my transaction all the while they continued to blame it on the U-hauls software program. The program would hang up for long periods of time and then take them back to the beginning to start all over again. They and I were extremely frustrated. I was told this is how it always is for them when using the software. I would think u-haul is racking in the bucks and could upgrade their system to be more user friendly both for the workers and the customers. There were 6 impatient customers behind me and I understood their frustrations too.

The truck is very good equipment, it just wasn't swept out by the last renter. It should have been cleaned before renting out again. Overall, a great experience. I only rent Uhaul equipment from this location.

All star rental was VERY disorganized. Stood there for about 30 mins with a worker who acted like she had no idea what she was doing. She also kept trying to help other customers while she was helping me. She didnt even tell me what time to return it, where or the process. She told me the keys were under the seat, so I went outside and there were multiple uhauls, so I just picked one.

When we first walked into the facility a woman behind the counter was welcoming and kind. She stated that she did not handle the uhaul rentals but she would get Andrea who did. When Andrea came out of a back room she never said a word to us, never greeted us. She grabbed the paperwork we placed on the counter and began typing. 5 minutes later she still had not said a single word to us, hadnt even acknowledged that we were there. About 10 minutes later I mentioned to my wife that I had no idea what was going on. Andrea very rudely stated that a guy was checking out the truck. Another 5 minutes went by, the guy came in and asked where the keys were. Another 10 minutes later the guy came back in, gave Andrea a piece of paper and she began typing. A few minutes later she very rudely told us we went over mileage by 5 miles. When we tried explaining that we were allotted so many miles, tried showing her the paperwork where it stated our allotted mileage she said "I dont care, not my problem." At this point we paid the few dollars that was owed. When she gave us our change she tossed it on the counter hard enough that the metal change scattered and she said "here you go." She did not speak another word to us. I told her this was the worst customer service I have ever received, her response was "oh well." I definitely will NEVER go back to this location, even if it could save me money!
