Completely ridiculous. Truck was not locked, anyone could have taken it at any point. The lock had the combo in it which obviously doesn't change so I could go take the truck now if I wanted if I left the lock open. I did not I locked it. Whoever is responsible for looking after that truck should not have a job

Not sure if a dolly was to be included in the truck. One was not there. I had my own.
Stephen M.There was dirt and an open pack of cupcakes left in the cab of the truck. Our price was changed 3 times between making our reservation, picking up, and returning the vehicle somehow. Really frustrating to feel like at no point you're sure how much the truck will cost.
