The gentleman who helped me when I arrive was quite possibly the worst customer service I have ever received. He did not make eye contact with me the ENTIRE TIME, he snapped answers back to me when i asked very simple questions - he was RUDE to the other employees working with him. When i returned he was still there and did not want to help me check my van back in - he had the other employee he was working with do it. Which was great because that person was a gem. I will NOT recommend this location solely due to the fact that you have employees like that working at this location.

Asked for 17 truck got 15. I was assured it was a 17 only to find out when I returned it that it was a 15. Disappointing could have made 1 trip if we had right size truck. Double the miles which was unnecessary

I must say although I go there at times and they are extremely business the employees try very hard to help everyone in a reasonable amount of time and I must say that I was so grateful this time as I was unaware that they charged $20 for returning the truck after hours as I always return it while they are there and when I said something to the employee about it he just gave me my money back and educated me how to avoid it the next time. Thank you so much I truly appreciate U-Haul as I rent from you all the time during the summer!

Where to begin? On the surface things seemed good. I was renting a tow dolly to tow a vehicle that had non-working brakes. The clerk punched in our tow vehicle and the vehicle to be towed and it said the dolly was a fit for both. I asked the clerk what to do if I wanted to return it later that night, after hours. He said just put it back in the same spot we had hooked it up and they'd check it in in the morning and I'd get an email. He also stated that you can reverse at a 90 degree angle into a driveway with a vehicle in tow. You cannot. The car will start to jack-knife on the dolly, luckily that did not happen because I saw immediately it would not work. When loading the vehicle onto the dolly on a level flat surface, the dolly caught on of the factory fog lights and broke the glass on it. I thought the purpose of entering the vehicle info of what you are towing was to make sure the dolly was compatible with said vehicle. U-haul said they aren't responsible for that. I ended up having to put bricks under the ramps to decrease the angle enough so that the fog lamps would not hit. I rented the dolly at 5:45pm and returned it at 9:15pm that same day. I didn't get an email in the morning so I called the store around noon but got kicked over to a call center off site, the girl on the phone sent the store a note to the store that the dolly was back and needed to be checked in. Still nothing, called back at 4:45 and got kicked to the call center again. This time the girl said she would stop the clock so I wouldn't be charged any late fees even if they didn't check the dolly back in until after my 24 hour period was up. Well, they waited until after 6pm to check it in so I got an email with an invoice and a $20 late fee. Now, I have to call to get the fee refunded.

I paid 99 dollars for storage for a month on July 28th I closed it out on the 4 of August never got any of the money back for the three weeks called the head office and they told me they had no record of me renting storage but I have all the paper work to prove I did they said they will call me back in two days and still haven't heard from uhaul but will be talking to lawyer thank u

I was only annoyed with the online system. It let me book a trailer at one location and return it to a different one. When I arrived, I found out that was not possible. This cost me about 90 minutes extra and $ for gas.

Clean your trucks. No wiper fluid for filthy windows. Drivers seat very uneven. Needs to be replaced. Slow return procedure as only one person available. Probably would still recommend the site as others in the area are worse, I found, usually due to lack of enough staff.

They did not have the right truck ready for me and gave me a smaller one and I was charged for for miles and gas because of it. Costumer service was terrible and no one could help me. I’ve used u haul 5 times now and I really will not use again. Super disappointed.

I picked up a car tow. Wasn't the one I reserved, but I was happy with it. The education/ tutorial on the use of the tow was marginal. The demonstration was passive and I had to ask a lot of questions to make sure I knew how to use it correctly. As someone that uses a tow infrequently, I expected there to be a bit more of an active effort to educate the consumer on the proper use of the tow. This was punctuated by when I used the tow itself, it was difficult to get it to sit on the hitch. I had to manually force the cup onto the ball of the hitch, otherwise the cup on the tow kept remaining suspended on the top of the ball of hitch, even though I had loosen the tightening mechanism as far as it would go.
