I reccondmend that the Staff should do a walk around the rental to assure its following conditions and fuel level. My contract showed is was a 3/4 tank of fuel, but when I got in the truck, it was a 1/2 tank of fuel. I told the staff for which they were too busy that day and verbalize it was going to get taken care of. When I brought the truck with the right amount of fuel, I still got charge as it was suppose to be 3/4 tank of fuel, but everything got solved with customer service and got my money back for the fuel charge.

The person who wrote up my order was very courteous and explained the importance of returning the van with the fuel tank capacity. I just learned learned I was charged $26.10 for gas. This is incorrect. the tank was returned to the equipment contract check-in level. The van was returned after hours. I did not receive notification regarding the gas check-in shortfall level. If so, I would have gone immediately to the UHaul location to reconcile. Since the Van was subsequently, rented out to another party, I dispute the $26.10 gas charge. I hope you understand. Customer Service. I found the general manager to be rude. The guy that checked us in was very good at his job. I found the staff at the end when we turn the equipment back in to be unorganized.

The staff at this location were very helpful. They helped me get exactly what I needed without much hassle. I think the equipment could have been a little cleaner, but that would be my only real complaint. Other than that, they gave me exactly what I needed, they were helpful when I had questions, and did an excellent job installing my hitch!

Jasper Hannah is an awesome employee. There was a challenge with the trailer lights and my SUV. He would not stop until it was right After hours drop off was a struggle. Web site would not let me mark it returned because i was already home. Took 2 calls to resolve.

There is a particular customer service rep who is quite a bit slower than the other(s). The fellow that helped us this time was fantastic - super quick. It's helpful when the CSR is sensitive to the time constraints of customers and can move things along so we can get going.

Reserved an enclosed trailer and was not available. Had to settle for open trailer at this location when original pick up was supposed to be from another location. Was told I would receive a $50 credit.

Well first of all i was given a truck with somebody else stuff on it. I couldn’t put my stuff on it and I had to turn around and bring the truck back and get another one. That took time away from me for my movers and that should not have happened

I tried to do the on-line check-in..but ran into a glitch...The person on board at 7:30 am before the store even opened rushed double time to get things in order and get me out the door in about 15 min...This is the third time I have used this location and have been blown away by the great service. I actually drive by 3 others across town to come here because of the service. Kudos to the east ridge road team!!!

The UHaul app didn't work even though I had a reservation and had input the required info... it would have saved me 15-20 minutes of standing in line

The Manager was very helpful and knew exactly what he was doing. Phone uhaul staff make it very hard on in-store staff. Phone staff need to explain further in details of storage size and being on different floor levels. Those are pretty important factors that make a huge difference. Recommend retraining phone staff.

When we pick up our cargo van they never told us about the ignition switch. When we turn the key it was very very hard to start the van you had to jiggle the key in there every time you had to start. Also the brakes need to be service when stopping you would hear a loud squealing either the pads or the calibers needed to be service along with the rotors.
