It wasn't easy FOR ME to find the â€œgageâ€ to refill the gasoline. I called to the office to request help and after all the revision and time the â€œsolutionâ€ was to fill until full tank. No big deal, I was really happy with the service from start to end.

The associate who checked us in was on a personal call when we arrived and said very annoyed to the person she was speaking to that she is to let them go because someone was there. She was very unfriendly and could tell she did not like her job. The truck was very dirty. The passenger side door would not completely close and when an associate came and looked at it, he slammed the door twice. The second slam, glass fell from somewhere and I pointed it out. He said â€œah don't worry about it.â€ We also had challenges getting the mirror to adjust on the truck. The truck did not sound healthy and seemed like it could use some attention. I was disappointed in our experience but we got what we needed done
Gentleman that helped me hook up the trailer was helpful and got me on the road quickly.

The staff is not customer oriented and lacks knowledge of Uhaul's policies and processes.
I ordered dollies and went to my move location and realized there were no dollies had to drive all the way back to get the dollies. Very annoying and put me behind on my moving day

Customer service was terrible, it must have been to early for the guy checking us in Saturday morning at 7:30. He had the appearance of someone who hated his job and just gave us our keys and sent us out the door without even telling us where to begin to look for our truck or where to find the number to match to our keys. So it's about 7:45 a.m. and dark and we're out looking around for our truck, and then when my wife returned it she had to interrupt two guys at the counter from their phones to return the keys, they tell her just leave them in the truck and they would email a receipt. I will say at least we weren't there to make friends, the truck was exactly what we needed and did the job.

though everyone was nice, had 2 problems, first was the deck in front of storage area of truck was full of dirt-not cleaned. secondly and most importantly, I had asked for an appliance dolly and furniture dolly due to mving heavy furniture up stairs, and when they took me out to the truck, they had neither and I had no time to go elsewhere, though I was not charged, I still lost money cause I had to give my movers 50.00 more due to their effort without those dollies. there needs to be a system in place to alert customers in advance if equipment is not available. I feel honestly I should get some of the excess I paid to the movers back-maybe 20.00-up to you. Kevin
Truck smells like gas if you ran AC and the door did not open or close well. Would get stuck halfway up. Checked in on the app but someone who rented inside was given the keys for the truck I was assigned. Got it sorted and the staff is great but it did make me late for my appointment. App also froze and pickup couldn't be completed so had to go back inside and have an employee finish it for me.
Spoke with 2 different representatives over the phone. Both were rude and unaccommodating.
With exception of the issues with the auto transport I am pleased with the experience.
The customer service was excellent and I was very pleased with my moving experience.
Tell the employees to be more professional and not stand around bullshitting and joking with each other. The moving van was in need of maintenance, it vibrated and shook at stop lights/ stop signs- (possibly a bad motor or transmission mount). Drivers seat felt wore out too like an obese person rode in it for 120k miles.
I rented a 26' moving van on a Sunday, because they didn't have any vans available on the Saturday I wanted to move, and after buying boxes, tape, a hand truck, and blankets, they charged $20 for an "after hours service fee" and $25 for cleaning - no one ever said, nor did I see on the website, that there would be an additional $45 in fees. A complete rip-off.
I called this location one day ahead just wanted to confirm on this reservation, called 8 times. During 1pm -4pm no body answer the phone. Next day I arrived At the location walked in the door was not greeted by employee, one gentleman and one lady just sitting there at the counter staring at me. When I walked up to the counter still both of them wouldn't greet. So I finally said I have a reservation, both of them started pointed at each other, trying to push their job to someone else. I told them â€œI don't mind who do this, I just need to pick up my rental truck. I've used uhaul service 3 times in 3 years, this experience (4th) has been the worst experience ever. Terrible unprofessional rude employee at the location. I hope the manager see this and can go over basic manner training to the folks.
I have used this location in the past. It has to be under new management because it has really gone downhill. And in the middle of a pandemic and state ordered mask mandate, not one employee had a mask on!!!!

I had a reservation to pick up a trailer at 0700. No employees showers up until ~ 0800
The people here were rude and not helpful. One of the ladies actually told the lady I was with to STOP talking while she looked up something. We were wondering why there was a difference in charges for the same size truck picked up in Ohio and dropped off at same location. About a $40 dollar difference. Their final answer was that rates can vary daily. I will be looking at other companies in the future for truck rental.
Windshield was full of bugs, other driver's side & passenger door windows were filthy & mirrors were not clean. Visibility is important, especially to folks who don't drive trucks this size everyday.
The truck was clean but needs to retire. The truck has a lot of miles and not well maintained. Over all it was pleasant.
