Only issue was no jack on the tongue of the trailer. I have to admit its have never used a trailer with no tongue jack. I have towed many trailers with my truck and this was a first. Fortunately I was able to pick it up to put it on, and vice versa for removal. It's not an expensive add, but would make getting and dropping trailer off much more user friendly.

Amy GThe check in check out process is a lot. Some of it I did before hand and still Had to do again at pickup. That was a bit over the top. If you can parse down those processes it would be super smooth
