I was told I could pick up the truck at 730 am . The store doesn't open until 8am. The lady that runs the office saw us and asked if she could help. We waited 5 minutes so she could put her daughter on the school bus, then she helped us get the truck. First person with your company to go above to help me out like this. Usually its wait until the office opens. Didn't get her name but she did a great job that morning. Thank you.steve M.

There were literally only two trucks to pick from and no trailers whatsoever. I informed the lady I needed an auto trailer as well and she told me she couldn't help me with that and to go to their main distributing location across town. I would have at least expected a courtesy call on my behalf to ensure they had what I was needing before driving all the way over there. I also pointed out that the tires on the uhaul looked like they would need replaced soon and again she told me to inform the receiving company when I returned the truck. And lastly, when I asked her how I should exit the yard with the 26' long uhaul she simply pointed in the general direction, at that point I asked her to get up and physically show me where I should go because I had no idea what she was pointing at, she seemed like I was bothering her with my request. I won't be returning to this location, nor will I send anyone that way. I did in fact go to the main store and the gentlemen there we so helpful and personable. He even attached my trailer for me, offered the right devices I needed to equip the lights to function, and he thoroughly explained to me how to strap the car down. I was given an appliance dolly/hand truck rather than the regular dolly that I reserved. I was also given a 15 foot truck instead of the 10 foot truck that I reserved. I would have been nice if the employee would have helped me adjust the mirrors.Ellen S.
The check in process by phone didn't work and I had to call the number to get the process going. The gentleman I talked to was very polite, very knowledgeable and had me on my way in no time. The location where the truck was parked was very inconvenient, not much room for such a large truck.Carl P.

The location was convenient and the service was excellent. I would suggest that Uhaul may clean out the trucks and deodorize them. If someone smokes in them; I think there should be a fine. Similar to how hotels charge if you smoke in a non-smoking room.Shanna H.

The manager of the Idaho Falls U-Haul Location on Yellowstone gave away my Truck. I reserved in 2 days prior at 8:00am. I was on my way to to location when I recieved a call telling me he was going to give my truck to another family if he didn't her from me in 5 miniutes, it was 945am. I called back to the number and no answer. I called and called, finally the phone was picked up and the lady on the phone told me she would put the message in the computer that I would be 15 minutes late, this was 9:55am. I arrived at the u-hall location at 9:01am, as I pull in the lot the only 17 foot truck pulled out of the parking lot. When I asked the manager RUSS about the truck he was rude and said someone else needed the truck and I didn't call back. REALLY! They sent me to another location and by the time I was in the truck it was about 11:00. I asked the general manager Phillip Daley to wave the fee due to the cost of the delay. He said $9.95, well I return the truck and they charge $19.95 addition to my card. The total cost is about $44.00. I had a crew paying them each $20.00 an hour to help for the day. This not only put me behind having to go pick up another truck at another location but the additional charges on my card and the extra time to get another truck while the crew is standing by by,.TAMMY P.
Our experience was great! Megan is awesome! She is very friendly and welcoming. My dad had a little accident before we left the parking lot and Megan was very helpful and stayed open late until we all made sure the situation was under control, and even made copies of insurance id's and Drivers licenses.
