Just opposite of pickup location. As per last time I was there, either nobody there to help or there are they are there with a â€˜don't bother us , we're busy' attitude. Only use them for drop off out of convenience and closer location. Otherwise I would use another Uhaul facility to drop off.
The hours of operation are extremely limiting
I live two states away and had to come all this way for a truck ! But customer service was excellent

I arrived late (after closing), yet the gentleman went ahead and processed my pick-up and got me on my way. Greatly appreciated.
The front bumper was hanging. We were not made aware of it when we rented the truck. Apparently it was waiting to be repaired. I was concerned if would fall off while I was driving it.
I came at 6:00 to do self pickup and they forgot put the key in the truck. I had to come back at 8.
I was charged an extra day even though I brought the trailer back a day early. (2nd day). The drop-off location didn't look at the check-in that I did after hours, so they charged me for day four. Eventually I got the extra day charge reversed after explaining to the Customer Supervisor Manager.
We drove the truck in the lot to drop it off. One of the employees jumps in the truck and says he will take it while we were cleaning out the front. He never said hello, do you have any questions or anything that would indicate to me that he was going to check the truck in for me. I thought I would have to sign something but no. I had some questions but he didn't stay around long enough to ask a question. I went into the office to try and find someone but no one was there. No number on the door to call either. I'm glad the truck was checked in for me. Wish there was better personal care and service.

I returned the truck sunday at 6:00. Realized i had left my phone in hildale 30 min away.. i rushed home so i could return truck on phone a day early Itcwould not let me because the location i was at was different than where i returned truck. I called a got put on eternal hold a few times. I called facility i rented truck from. They said i would have to go through uhaul website or call 800 number. As if i dont have enough to do moving. Wjy am I paying for a truck qnd doing all the work for the rental.
Truck was not ready at designated time. Had to wait a half hour while they cleaned the truck and did paperwork inside.

A bit hard to find. Needs better signage. Hours of operation are minimal, but drop off was fairly easy anyway.
I have rented from and dropped off to this location several times. They have been helpful.
The van we reserved at the location we reserved it at became suddenly unavailable, therefore, we had to drive to this location which added 40 miles to our move...and we had to pay for these miles! Paying more due to an issue of Uhaul's making and not having enough inventory for us - that we had reserved a month in advance - is a huge issue. Poor service, poor business acumen. Will not be using Uhaul again.
I was called the day before telling me I had to drive an hour each way to get the trailer as the one I reserved 2 weeks in advance was no longer available. Then I was told to return it TUESDAY before 6. Then I was charged 20 dollars late return fee. The people working were friendly and nice but the things I couldn't see were poor.
Your rep was very informative and helpful. I just wish you had him full-time. A great ride and we got the job done!
The truck was in fabulous condition and ran wonderfully. The air conditioner worked perfectly and I was completely comfortable.
Original reservation was made 2 1/2 weeks in advance to pick up a 26' truck in Lake Havasu City, az. The day before scheduled pick up I got a phone call saying the only truck available was located in Wickenburg, az, a distance of 150 miles EACH WAY!!! Needless to say, this was a great inconvenience & very frustrating to spend gas money & 1/2 day time driving back & forth. From this experience, we will probably never use U-haul again.
The guy said he'd email me a receipt and I have yet to receive the receipt from him.
My UHaul receipt states "L&G Auto Sales" as my drop off location. Their hours are 10AM-4PM M-F. I dropped my rented trailer off one day early at 1 PM, well within the business' stated hours. There was a locked office on-premise and someone came to the door to tell me "just leave the trailer down with the rest and you're good to go." After that, I did not receive any further communication from on-site staff. I backed the trailer in, blocked the tires, and drove off. I received an invoice later that day for an "after hours drop off fee." When I called the number on the invoice, the man stated he shared the property with L&G Auto Sales. I didn't complete the online check-in, so he charged me the after hours drop off fee and was unwilling to reverse the charges. This is terrible customer service on the part of UHaul. I have dropped off UHaul equipment at this location without incurring this fee before. Let customers know that this location does not have UHaul staff present and they will *have* to fill out the online after-hours check-in, regardless of whether it's after hours or not.
Piss poor service, no one was there but they had a car parked in front of the office. Their sign said "by appointment only" with no other way to check in equipment but by online. Now we are being charged an after hours fee that was never mentioned before renting the trailer. This charge has never been authorized and needs to be refunded. How can you have an after hours charged when it's "by appointment only"? I'll be filing a complaint with both my credit card and the BBB. This is never okay.
