No code to get into the truck. No one around to help obtain the keys. Super frustrating. Highly discourage anyone from using this location.

Floyd R.I Had a flat took 3 to 5 hour for the tire to get fixed. I had to go to work by the time it was fixed. took me extra convincing to be able to use the rental an extra two day because of the length of time it took to get fixed. I was charged for it and I was not suppose to be.
shenna R.Website said the hours are 11:00 - 5:00. I assumed I had to see a real person, so completely rearranged and cancelled part of my schedule since I couldn't go until 11:00. When I got there the place was abandoned, all closed up. I left the truck and went through the drop-off process using my phone. I could have done that any time that day, or even the night before. It would have been nice if I have been made aware of that ahead of time.
