I ordered a dollie, it wasn't in the truck. I had to make a new reservation for a dollie only, go back to the place to get the dollie, and you still charged me for both, in addition to an extra day of moving because I didn't have a dollie in the first place. Not great!

Angus H.I had a reservation on Hwy 431 and the manager called me Wednesday morning and said the truck was not available and said they had a truck on Hwy 72 and when I got there they didn't have a truck so they sent me to Winchester rd, so I was pissed and still am, I had to drive 20 miles to get truck which cost me 40 miles at .79 cents!!!!!
