The vehicle's side mirrors was broken and placed in the passenger seat. The vehicle did not start Fortunately the online rep (as there was not at the location) was very helpful. Give the code to unlock the box. I had to call uhaul and waited over an hour to get the code for the keys. I also got charged for gas after I filled it back up to where I got it at! Will never use uhaul again. Also the location is not even big enough to support the parking for the trucks!

RODERICK M.Making the reservation online was pointless. The location I originally chose (for a reason) was changed and I was greatly inconvenienced. The guy I dealt with was very nice and I blame Uhaul, not him for this.
