Spoke with the manager morning of dropoff; I was informed there was no drop box, no way to check truck in and that they closed at 11pm. Dropped truck off around 9:30 but was told by counter staff they had no way to check in truck. Left the key with them and crossed my fingers everything would work out. It did and I'm thankful. FYI, counter staff did inform me there was an outside drop box. I was able to check in the truck via phone the next day.

Ruth JU haul had 0 gas in it and I was told I would get a 37.00 gas credit if I bring it back with a 1/4 tank and I did that but then I was charged 17.00 for going 16 miles over because the girl at Uhaul calculated the wrong miles which was not my fault she hard address I was going to and where I was dropping off. The appliance dolly I ordered they didn’t have ! So that end was a disaster
