I was late for move because I had to wait to get rented equipment from office when it opened. And it opened late. Equipment was not in truck Not acceptable.

On day I reserved 10 footer, it was confirmed. On the day before I was to pick it up, I received a message I would have a 15 footer. That did not give me time to find what I wanted. Also there was broken glass in the bed I had to sweep out.
Roger Z.I have had storage in this location since 2015 when it was Town and Country. Since Safe Nest has taken over .... We are moving and clearing out the storage because I find this company to be unethical and their staffs poorly trained and the property overall poorly managed. The Van was fine; my preferred U-Haul rental //// but it was not swept out when we picked it up so it's good that we were doing a recycle center trip with it. It was packed but we made it in one trip. :) I still have a unit remaining .... please don't send this message to Safe Nest.
