We had very unpleasant experience with a truck that we rented. A) Very bad and stinky smell inside like truck like dead rat or horse stable. My wife she realty got sick and felt like throwing out, when I brought to very young and unexpereance employee attention, he didn’t accept the fact and ignored it completely. B) Noise and squeaky from passenger side. C) it was hard to turn ignition key. Employee that I complained he. I have send two emails so far no responses and answer from managements his answers were was we had never or received any of these issues with this truck he was very unprofessional and response or couldn’t answer my questions.

The service was excellent. Very friendly and polite. Easy return of the vehicle, hassle free. The truck drove exceptionally well and was well maintained. Overall, my U-HAUL experience was outstanding, from the pickup location, while driving the vehicle, and to the drop off location.

Get the order right!!! I order 12 moving blankets and was told that they were in the truck when I picked it up. Guess what?.....I got to my destination to load my stuff and there were NO moving blankets. Who would move without moving blankets? Now I have scratched furniture. QUALITY CONTROL...GET THE ORDER RIGHT.

The trailer was a relic. While the inside didn't have trash or anything, it was dusty and dirty anywhere you touched. It did make the 630 mile trip without issue.

The only thing I didn’t like was that the return location did not have any instructions for leaving uhaul equipment after hours. You could see that they had a fence with all the uhaul rentals inside but there was no way to get in the gate. I just followed suit with others and left the trailer on the road in front of the business. Not sure if I was supposed to do that but it was my only option.

There was a crack in the windshield. This damage was not communicated to me prior to checking out the vehicle. It made me nervous and I would have preferred driving a vehicle without damage.

Took forever to check in... Had a reservation for 9am. Got there at 8 45.. Didn't get the truck until 9 30.. Extremely slow at getting people all checked out. Also a person in front of me ordered furniture pads online , and when he asked for them, the person at the counter stated someone had came in and asked for 70. So much for a guarantee. The only response he got from the employee (older white male) was it is what it is. Need to fix the customer experience.

I called multiple different times trying to get someone to answer a couple questions and each time was sent to voicemail. When dropping off the trailer we were clearly struggling to get the trailer in a space and the man outside was not very helpful in directing us into a space. Then after I was told a receipt would be sent I had to call multiple times again to get it the following day after I was told over the phone that it had already been sent. Overall, I would say the staff could be friendlier and it just seemed understaffed.
