App wouldn't work and the amount of gas was wrong . Contacted customer service and have yet to here back from them.
I called 1800gouhaul. I was given a reservation to a closed location. When I called back to inquire, I was told that my reservation wasn't complete.... How when I have a reservation number as well as a debit from my account??? Finally, I was sent an additional 20 miles to the location that provided the rental. I was on the phone with uHaul from 11:48 until 3:18..... but funds were debited from my account immediately. Sad to say, u haul will be my last resort for any rental services in the future!!!
No personnel available at 2pm just a drop box which is understandable because of Covid-19. I called the number at the location to confirm that I was dropping off the truck (on time as agreed)and was told to just put the key in the box. A couple days later I receive the bill with an extra day billed to me. I call them they said they would fix it, never happened. I called uhaul and they said they would fix it, never happened. I'm done with this company, my future business will be elsewhere.
I paid for a hand truck and it was not there. The location was closed so we were not able to get it. Very irritated that i was billed for something I did not receive.

The uhaul website wouldn't accept and would not upload my Driver's License. Then This was mostly a significant delay at the dealer's office re-entering/re-completing, after I had already put in all the info on UHaul website, and processed the reservation. Then the dealer wanted to charge more than the reservation which I had already reserved on the website. Then after about an hour at the dealer reworking the paperwork, when I went outside ... multiple safety, fender, and marker lights were out. Dealer just said he could order me a different trailer but I'd have to go pick it up someplace else and he couldn't say how far .... or when they'd have it or if or where someone would have one. Very Painful process I've provided pictures in my emails to Albert Tayman @ u-haul firstname.lastname@example.org You can see the multiple lights out !! many many issues.

You pull off of the road into the grass with the truck to a building that doesn't seem like a certified uhaul building. It was hard to tell if you were at the right drop off location

We travelled 2.5 hours to retrieve a damaged out of date auto transport. The moving helper from Lucia's moving company fixed the hinge needed to raise and lower the transport. Thank God for Victor.
MY RECENT EXPERIENCE WAS HORRIBLE WITH U-HAUL. I RESERVED A 15' TRUCK AT THE SMALLWOOD DR LOCATION IN WALDOLF, MD FOR 8AM THIS PAST SATURDAY TO MOVE INTO MY HOUSE. I HAD PPL HELPING ME MOVE IN THE MORNING. THE DAY OR SO BEFORE, U-HAUL SENDS ME AN EMAIL CHANGING MY RENTAL TIME TO 12 NOON WHICH MESSES UP MY MOVING PLANS. THEN I RECEIVE A TEXT SATURDAY MORNING STATING MY RENTAL GOT CHANGED TO HUGHESVILLE, MD (15 MINS PAST MY HOUSE) AT 12:30 PM. MY BILL WAS WAY HIGHER THAN IT SHOULD BE BECAUSE OF THE MILEAGE. THE ONLY GOD THING ABOUT THE EXPERIENCE WAS THE EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE FROM THE GENTLEMAN AT THE HUGHESVILLE LOCATION.
My overall experience with U-Haul has been a nightmare. You text me the day before saying I have to pick up from a location 22 minutes out of my way. I call the Regional Office and speak with Star who was so rude and not helpful by telling me that I either I go with a truck that doesn't work for me or drive out of my way. I chatted with a customer service agent and told her about my experience and her response was "she has people yell at her a lot so cut her some slack..." REALLY?! These last minute notifications with changes is why people are upset. I arrive at the location to find that they don't have a furniture dolly which is what I requested in my original order. Their response is to dock off the amount and for me to stop by a Lowe's and buy a furniture dolly. The guy gave me a dolly which I appreciate but it isn't convenient to find out a day before that the truck is 22 minutes out of the way and at the location that I have no furniture dolly. Overall, I was majorly inconvenienced by the additional driving and having to find ways to get my furniture in and out without the proper equipment that I requested.
This Truck Rental Was The Worst Experience I Have Ever had in My life, and I am 69 years old. First Your Rental Representatives Need To Be More Customer Friendly and Show some professional, Second Your Trucks Need To Be In Better Running condition, and When You Call Your 800 GO UHAUL# the People Are Rude and Show No Interest in Trying To Solve A Problem You May Having, Let alone the 25-35 minutes every time I had to call which was about 7-8 times I will NEVER rent another truck From U HAUL I Will Rent From (Penske Or Enterprise) RAYMOND GALLOWAY 301-922-4162

You all changed my contract the day before I moved and downgraded my truck. The man I picked up from was great but I hate having a smaller truck and not being given proper notice. the young lady offered me a $50 discount that would hit my account and it still hasn't been applied

Very easy access, and the person was very helpful. But do not expect anyone to be there most of the time. Someone only seems to be there in the morning and no one answers their phone at the number they provide.
Trailers lights where pushed in. Plate light was hanging. Hole in the floor of trailer. Dead License Plate. Trailer had a shake transporting down the Highway. Fender was damaged, so wheel might have been bent which caused the shake.
Charged for an extra day. Why? It was dropped off well before 9 am. No one was there. They did not answer phone, did not have an answering machine. Uhaul needs to deliver on what they agree to.
Everything was good, the employee was very helpful.
Have rented from this location multiple times. Always good service and friendly.
I rented the equipment and discovered my tow vehicle was having a mechanical problem so returned the rental within 90 minutes. The staff was able to get me a full refund which I didn't expect but appreciate very much. I'll definitely rent from this location when I attempt to complete this task next weekend or for any other reason in the future.
