The phone check in and out application is bullshit. If I have to use my phone every time to check in I will stop renting from Uhaul. The damn software never works properly. We spent a twenty minutes fighting with it today. I spent over half an hour fighting with it the last time I had to check in a truck by phone. Make sure your location managers have the ability to check the trucks in and out locally and manually.Wynette H.

Get employee's that will do their job. I showed up at 12 but no one in office. She came from apartment 15 minutes later. She said the truck was rented and was running late. Truck showed up at 1 p.m. Her or customer didn't clean truck. I was paying movers 20 dollars to sit. I only drove 21 miles and added 7,50 in gas. 0ver 3 gallons. I was charged 15 dollars for gas. I will not rent from this location again.mike H.

I had to go to a second location, farther away in the city, to get the 26 foot truck. The second location did not have the furniture wraps I ordered and I had to drive further into the city to get them from a third location. This made me late for the moving help and ruined my attitude.James A.
My understanding was that they were to check out my lights and such as I could not complete the part of the app about my lights. As it was a a holiday the man came over to jump on trailer to make it go on hitch I had to purchase when it did he went in building Then he and woman at desk got in a car and left. It was then that we noticed we had no way to hook up lights to car. We had no way to hook them up. We put hazard lights on the car being towed and hazard lights. From Houston to Cisco Tx.Virginia F.

This was the second location -- the first one we went to, per our agreement, was closed and there was no truck. the young man at this second location was impressive, In spite of that, there were no supplies, which we had paid for. It was a mess -- not his fault, though. You can get better, more professional franchises. Completely marginal!!Patricia T.
The reservation, pick up and drop off were a breeze! They emailed me a pick up time but the time did not work for me, I called and they were able to adjust the time and it was easy. Overall, it was a great experience!Karina R.
I was upset because it said that I drove the truck 49 miles, but I barely left the zip code. I only went a couple of places and they were within 2-4 miles of the location. So I was not very happy about that. When I tried to talk to someone at the regional office, no one would ever pick up and it sent me to a voicemail.Ashley B.
