Guy basically assumed I know my way with 15ft long truck.. He showed drove the truck up, park it, said "here ya go" then went away. No "oh this is how you open the trunk" , or showing me existing damages, or verify gas tank/ mileage with me, nothing! On top of that, I signed up for a location 10 miles away and Uhaul system signed me for a location out of state, then the receptionist told me to go over to a location that doesn't even have business with uhaul anymore, then customer service send me here, 10 miles away from my initial online sign up. Don't waste your time with this company.

Employee was not there when store opened in spite of an 8am pickup and knowing they had this appointment. Tried calling, knocking, etc in case there was anyone in a back room. We were on the phone with UHaul 20 min later when they decided to show up. As soon as he decided to wander into work, he was giving us massive attitude and threatening to not let us complete the rental because I was expressing frustration with the fact that he was 20 min late with no phone call or anything. I work in retail, and this was HANDS DOWN the ABSOLUTE WORST experience I've ever had. If I EVER treated a customer the way we were treated, I would be FIRED ON THE SPOT. This location should have their UHaul privileges revoked, and, frankly, should have their entire company taken away from them.

Horrible experience! After going to 4 locations and not finding a truck Uhaul finally made us a reservation at this last location. The man behind the counter just saw us with disgust! He did not greet us. I had to coe up and ask him if he could help us and his answer was... "What do you need" I told him and since my dad was the one needing the truck and speaks little english. The man said I cannot rent my truck to a person who does not speak any english. After putting through alot from this man he finally finished paperwork really angry, throwing papers, throwing keys. worst experience ever. I am impressed is this really how U-Haul Treat customers? I mean, we were paying and giving you business, right. I will definitely post on google so customer be aware what they have to put up with here. It was terrible!

The desk person, James, has horrible customer service skills and the truck was completely filthy!!!!! The inside of it had tons of animal fur and trash on the sides of the seats and I would NEVER recommend this location to anyone. He was rude and not accommodating at all!! The WORST experience ever.

The gentleman at the counter was kind of rude. I feel it's more in the way he just is than actively trying to be rude. He just spoke really harshly that I felt was not necessary. Also did not care for him say "My Truck," as if it was is own personal property I was renting. I know he wasn't meaning to be rude, like he was overly direct, but he sure came off that way. Also wasn't very helpful about finding a drop off point for us.

Truck was returned without replacing the 3 gallons of gas used. It was only driven 21 miles. At time of rental the agreement clearly states if not returned completely full a charge of $4.00 a gallon will be charged to refuel. I returned the truck late at night versus the next day so it would be back and available. Shop manager called me this morning and rudely told me he would not check the truck back in until I came and filled it up. I told him he could charge me the fuel cost and he told me he did not have the time or money to fill it up. He raised his voice and was very condescending. For fear he would not acknowledge the truck returned and I would be fined I drove 25 miles to his location to put 2.9 gallons of gas in the truck. He violated the policy. He apparently does not comprehend the Uhaul rental policy and is making the rules up as he deems appropriate. Refusing to check a vehicle back in that is in his possession because he is not willing to fill the tank 2.9 gallons is unacceptable customer service. His rudeness and threatening demeanor as an agent of Uhaul should be a concern for your company. I will never use this location again for rental needs and will share my poor experience with others. Uhaul should monitor this location for other complaints as I am sure others will have similar issues.

I drove less than 4 miles as my house was really close from the storage. The tank was full, and I did not fill up the tank because was still full. The rent last 1hour ish and the Owner instead of ask if I fill up the tank, just accussed me that I broke the rules and was really rude. I said, fine I can pay 1/2 gallon of Gasoline or so, but the tank was full or take the truck and fill up with 1/2 gallon, he refused and it was not good.

The location and staff were cool. However, the online system that did not let us know our reservation was cancelled was a huge problem. It told us to go to a different store that was actually closed when we got there on Saturday morning. We never received a call or email that this reservation had been changed to a different store and the time changed on us to 3pm. Thankfully the store we went to had a truck we could use and let us rent it. The reservation system needs serious work, it was very frustrating and I will likely look somewhere else next time to avoid the hassle and because if we're told we have a truck at 9am we'd like to feel like we can trust the company telling us that.

Gentleman that worked the location was very rude. He attempted to not accept the return of the vehicle with a claim that fuel was not replaced. After contacting customer service. I returned the key to him even though he was hesitant to take it. He made threats to continue to charge for the vehicle if I refused to put in additional fuel. Before I was able to leave he called me a liar and pointed to my friend and told him that he was a slacker. I recieved the vehicle on full and it was returned on full. I have photo evidence of the fuel gauge upon return

I had a pick up scheduled for 6am and was late and my reservation was cancelled. The representative said even if I was on time that the uhaul was not going to be ready because he didn't get notice of the reservation. So my reservation would have been cancelled regardless. I called a local uhaul number and they tried to find me another rental, but were very unapologetic about the reservation cancellation. It was frustrating and a debacle. In the end the location gave me the truck, but i think it was at the cost of another customer. The entire experience was not very customer focused.
