Jason was a life saver. We accidentally left the back open and was driving down the road. Some how Jason found out and called us. I was able to pull over and close the back so nothing fell out. That was scary but God got us and he used Jason to help. Thanks U haul.

Was no drop box for keys. I was over charged on mileage. I also received an additional charge on my CC for more than what the rental cost me. No one contacted me about this charge to tell me what it was for or nothing. Horrible customer service.

The reservation process was a little tricky/confusing (Phone AND text AND email AND THEN last minute location pick up change)! The actual Pick up process and rental was GREAT! The return/drop off on MONDAY morning was BAD... at best! LOTS of work needs to be done here!!! Thank you!

At this location I waited a hour I was there to pick the truck up at 10am I did get the truck till the time on the contract. Then the miles was a 100 miles off. Then it wasnt gas in the truck I was duppose to get a gas credit. I put 25.00 in gas then I was charged for gas. I told Jason about it told him I put gas in truck. I waited on the receipt and he told me it went to my email. When I looked at my receipt I told him about everything and he said it was his faught cause he thought he put it in and he couldn't go back and change it. This place I will never visit again because he he getting over on people. This is the worst Uhaul ever.

Customer was not warned about the gas fee. FEE was unacceptable per the miles driven.

No dolly available for rent. The gas tank was empty at pickup , but the guy did give a $40 credit. Seat belt buckle on drivers side was in pieces and unable to buckle, so I had to drive with no belt.

The vehicles sensor for the seat belt didn't work, the doors barely shut, at least the pick up location was great. It was private and professional and 3x better than an actual uhaul retailer..

The place that I picked up the trailer did not hook it up, I connected it and took it to another UHAUL to check the connections and make sure lights worked.The 5 by 8 trailer leaked and made our furnitures and TV wet.

Attempted to drop off vehicle, however wasn't sure about the location as it was a print shop. Was able to drop off the next morning. Owner was very helpful and friendly.

When i made the reservation , the person before me didnt bring it back. I had to get another truck from someone else who didnt have the size i needed. Therefore the truck it had was smaller and i had to use more miles and make more trips. I wont be using uhaul anymore. Then i had to go miles away to get the dolley. I was very unsatisfied with uhaul.

My issue is more the way UHAUL as a COMPANY handled our booking. It was a NIGHTMARE. Sent us to a location that was closed. Sent us to a different location 20 minutes away. That location didn't know we were coming so unprepared. They weren't able to login to lookup our reservation. Customer service had me on the phone for an hour and hung up on me 6 different times. Supposed to reach out me via phone so I can issue a complaint but haven't heard a word. Just terrible. All around terrible.

The truck was picked up at their location - it took almost an hour to get the paperwork done. I was passed off to another person because the "print shop" had customers the first person had to wait on. Because it took so long I did not inspect the truck . When I arrived at the place to load, I found the rear door off the truck open and items still remaining inside the truck (mattress box springs, clothing, large sheets of plastic looking to have been used for painting a house, and painting tools).
