Street sign is not clearly visible. Building is located behind a bigger building and signs to follow are transparent. U-haul building site is not welcoming; looked like a junk yard and glad it was still daylight!
Very friendly and convenient
When you tell a 65 year old, mentally & physically disabled a certain price, that is what the price should be. They overcharged me for a truck I only had until 3pm. That is highway robbery. I will never use this location again, because I got 2 different prifew before I rented, a A totally different price when I bought it back. No other U hauls are scamming old sick ladies!
Close but not well marked. Hard to find location.
Make sure that when someone reserve a truck 2 weeks in advance then that person should get the truck. We reserved a 20feet truck 2 weeks in advance and 2 days before getting the truck U-Haul called us saying that they don't have a truck at the location that we reserved at (which was on 1960). So, customer service gave us a different location but the address that they gave us was wrong. We drove 2 hours around trying to find the location and we could not contact the location because the address was wrong, and nobody was answered the contact number that was given to us.
No suggestions.
Mike was awesome in setting our tow up, there was some U-Haul system issues and no fault to him but he handled it well. I would highly recommend this place to anyone!
