For the the customer service to be more professional and courteous at the location I picked up from! The location was not open when I arrived I waited 30 minutes and no one showed until later after I left due to wait time. I return back to location later on to pick up the truck. And no apology and didn’t speak he only ask for my information! The service was real life crappie

Product was not ready when scheduled for pick up. There was actually not any even at the desk to assist. Had to call to find out where the person was. Upon calling was informed system was down and no rentals could be picked up and to return in approximately 1.5 -2 hrs. Very Inconvenient and had to rearrange my entire day due to this delay.

return date was incorrect - received text in middle of the night and emails next day saying it was late. charged incorrect for miles and gas - but I couldn't prove it so nothing I can do. What was supposed to be a one day $25 rental (that I extended to two days) turned into $170. I am NOT happy and probably won't be back.

All the prep work i did in prearranging the pickup was for naught. It could not find my location, even though location feature was on. I was on hold on the phone waiting for a customer service rep. Bottom line, when something like what happened to me happens, it would be nice to have someone to talk to. Not a good experience picking up.

I didn’t get what I reserved and they put me in vehicle that was more money in gas and entirely too large to even complete my move. I paid for a dolly and didn’t receive it. I felt like I was taken advantage of. I had to park the truck on the street due to it being too large to fit in the entrance of the apartments and had no dolly to move. Had to keep going out of pocket for a move that turned completely too expensive. The representative kept changing my return location and no one gave accurate information, very poor customer service in the store and over the phone. Never ever again. No one has contacted me regarding this issue and I’m still waiting.

Very uncomfortable with dropping off a rental and no one exited the building to check in the rental. The unit was dropped off at 4:12pm and not checked in until the following morning. This unit could have disappeared as it was not secured and I would have been held responsible. Reference ID 2216230 and it would be either Matt Rice or Joseph Nelson -- Neither have attempted any contact

Location doesn't show any honesty or integrity. I only drove 12 miles round trip and they charged me 36 miles. Bunch of scammers I never had any problem with other UHAUL locations only this one. I'm very unhappy with this location and their crappy service

The truck was great, pickup and check in were good up until trying to turn in the key. There is no key retun box, only the boxes with the combo where I picked up the key thos morning. I am 100% satisfied except for the key return - I did end up giving the key to a young man at the cell phone service desk in the gas station. Nice guy but it would be a lot easier if there were a proper key drop box as indicated in your instructions.

Do a thorough exam of the truck and get a copy of your contract. We didn’t receive a copy of our contract and they misreported the gas level and mileage so we ended up getting charged more. Very poor customer service; will never use again.

I picked up at night, and because it was at a gas station, there were people loitering. There was a cracked open fence area right next to where the dropboxes for the uhaul equipment are. And there were sketchy characters that kept coming in and out of this crack that made me super uncomfortable.

the windshield was very dirty. And there are many details that do not exist in the video. Irecomended to make one detailed but my experience was good and I will absolutely recommended to my friends actually I already did.

I signed up online to pickup the truck. It was very frustrating to even get the key. Every time I followed the instructions, the system would take me back to the beginning. The store manager had to call the person in charge to help. He was helpful. I just wouldn't use the online service anymore. Other than that, all went well.
