Steven B.Went to this location and was told to drop off key in lockbox. didn't see a lockbox near door so I went inside the building and found the suite number and there was a “for rent†sign on the door and it was locked. A U-Haul representative tried to reach the owner multiple times and when they did, he directed me to a lockbox that was attached to a tree nowhere near the door. Extremely poor communication and a waste of time
