Try not to change dropoff locations without confirmation. When we booked as not flexible, that meant the dropoff location as well.

Robert H.My Jeep broke down and I had to limp it and the trailer home. Rick the owner of Bath County Supply personally came to my location to pick up the trailer on day of return. I am truly grateful for this and am very happy to see that true Customer Service has not completely gone away.
