Do not allow the next client to speak with U-Haul rep that locates a vehicle. If it weren't for Cheyenne I wouldn't have been taken care of. I got there with my reservation and my truck hadn't been returned. It only got better after Cheyenne called her supervisor. So thank you to Cheyenne for going the extra step!!!!

Truck was waiting as reserved. Staff had dolly and blankets as reserved, truck was full of gasoline, and clean.
JERRY MService engine light was on. I addressed that with the place. They dismissed it and told me regardless, tgat was the truck to take. Not very assuring going on a 7 hour trip.
