#1 Give them a truck that works. This one had transmission that could barely make it up or down a hill and made horrible shifting noises the entire way; warning light for fuel tank cap that stayed on even though we checked multiple times and it was properly seated; had to fill up HALFWAY through a 300 mile trip, and gas tank was leaking profusely under the truck when we filled up AGAIN before dropping off; and the windshield wiper blades were useless, driving blind through rain. Worst truck ever, can't believe it was rented to anyone in that condition! #2 In the 20 minutes we were picking up the truck, someone stole the Mercedes emblem from the grill of my car.

My experience with Uhaul was absolutely the worst experience I've had in a long time not only did they not have what I had reserved but the corporate people that I called were rude hung up on me once transferred me once . Then I spoke with a manger named Tammy Simons. She was rude, didn't solve my problem, and then booked me for a uhaul that was far way from us as possible. When o had a truck less then a mile away from my house. She informed me that just cause you call weeks ahead you aren't guarantee the van, truck or trailer you asked for. So I don't no why they take reservation, considering I was told two days before I was to pick up my van that it was In another town. And that I could go get it if I wanted to use it. I probably will never use uhaul again if i can get away with it. The people were I picked my uhaul up at were nive, but the corporate number I called had some of the worst and rides employees I've ever talked too.

Uhaul has dummy proofed the process. The equipment made everything so easy. I had never driven a big truck before much less towed a car trailer behind a big truck, but it was a piece of cake. I made excellent time. No problems what so every. Outstanding experience.

They were nice. But not a great area. None of the equipment had locks therefore anyone could go and steal late at night. You would think they would be more concerned about the uhaul rentals

The staff at the store was very unfriendly and made you feel to be a bother, when you are paying for their service. The vehicle had damage and even with proof they still tried to argue with us and charge us. We had insurance through them but wanted cash payments for damage. Be aware of renting from this location in Hot springs Ar. Central Ave Food mart.

Please call me, 6305250695. Master order number 22059630 We went to the "preferred pick up" location. The woman working was the rudest customer service person I and my son have encountered. The trailer was 30 minutes north, not at the preferred location. Per the email confirmation there is no notice to call on and figure out where to pick up the trailer. I literally drive right by the trailer, and wasted an hour backtracking to get it. When I asked can you confirm it is at this location, the response I got was here's the phone number you can call if you want. Never an apology, not even a good bye when I walked out. It appears to be the staff at west gate security dropped the ball at my expense. They were rude and truly do not care. I am requesting financial restitution for this error.
