I was forced to pay a 25 dollar cleaning fee for a truck that was fucking filthy when I picked it up. The woman I dropped it off with was a complete bitch becouse I dropped it off 15 minutes before she was closing. She treated me like dog shit. After this experience I will never ever rent from U-Haul

The trailer had a tail light not working. It rained and the trailer leaked on our stuff. It had a leak in the roof.

Customer service representative on the phone was ill informed. The representative at the location was not very knowledgeable about the rental. I was supposed to be charged a flat rate fee and instead I get a charge on my capitalone card for over 500$ never am I renting from uhaul again.

Make sure that even in small towns that the stores are cleaning their vehicles and checking the correct fuel level for customers. I picked up my vehicle at a very dirty store and returned it to one that made sure that trucks were cleaned. (It was like night and day) Hopkinsville had a bad bed bug problem, im surprised the owner tried to give me a truck that had just pulled up without getting it cleaned or inspected.
