The gentleman that I rented the Uhaul from was very professional and nice. He helped me hook the trailer up to my vehicle. I would most definitely rent from this location again as well as recommend him.

John B.No one was available and office locked, no one answered the phone for location. Had to call the 800 number after sitting for an hour in heat keeping our vehicle running due to no key drop off directions or signs. Finally got in touch with someone who said drop keys in a public mailbox unsecured in front of the office across from a swimming pool full Of people. We did not feel comfortable leaving keys to a vehicle we were responsible for but this was our only choice. Someone should have been there to speak to us!! The front left headlight does not work at night and someone needed to be told.
