Everything went very smooth, the truck was great.
When I arrived at the return location at the designated time the business was not open. I utilized the drop box. I was called an hour later and told to come pick up my truck because he had no room to store the truck. He told me to take the truck several miles out of my way to return it at another U-Haul retailer. I was very dis-satisfied with the return process and would be reluctant to use U-Haul again. I had reserved with the haul on Grover Cleveland a month in advance, the morning we went to pick up they did not have the trailer. I was not pleased at all, but they at least called LBC and told me to go there. LBC was outstanding, will use their location for all future rentals.
This place was the best place I will be back here with all my needs

Drop off smooth no issues
The van I rented smelled heavily of bug spray, so I had to drive with the windows cracked the whole time. Otherwise all good.
