The whole time I was using my trailer I was worried got to my house saw that the rear tire of the tire on the one side was low thank God I have a compressor at my house how to air it up and the other side was bald how can you run equipment with bald tires on it when the people that are renting it I must see on time crunches you don't compensate for sitting on the side of the road for blowing tires I think that's something y'all can look into

The young lady who served me was very nice but the older lady who was one of the feed and seed owner was very rude I walk in, not may I help buy what do you want. the look on her face said I will take you money but I really don't want you in here. She came across very clearly it's the twentieth century but your black behind it not welcome it was cheaper local than going to a nearer town. I hope I never will have to deal with this uhaul location again.
If a customer reserves a rental in advance , have a truck available at preferred pick up , they also charged me $6 after all the hassle I had with this move and I just though it was not enough to be concerned with despite me paying already $50 more for the truck the next day . The $50 guarantee
My review is more on overall uhaul service than particular location. The one way truck I rented was not at agreeded location when I went to pick up and the nearest pickup with my size needed for that day was 45 min away (one way)from original pick up, this put me out miles and gas and 2.5 hrs behind schedule. My 7:30am reservation ended up being a 10:00 am reservation with 45 min drive back to my original location. Since I had planned this reservation weeks in advance my stuff was already packed so me and my kids were at the mercy of the company. This made for an awful experience and in the end of the ordeal they had the nerve to charge me $.43 for going 1 mile over the allowed milage. I hope this was our last move, if not I assure you I will be using one of their competitors for the next one!
When I return the U-Haul I didn't get my reimbursement back some odd reason which kind of pisses me off I wouldn't recommend U-Haul if they are choosing to ripped off people
My experience was outstanding from the beginning to the return.
If the clerk keeps having to ask someone else how to do your contract you may want to talk to someone else or cancel your reservation and go elsewhere.
I had to drive an extra 80 miles round trip to pick up the truck because one was not available at my original location. Upon arrival, not all of the equipment reserved was available and it took 3 different U-Haul representatives 45 minutes to figure out how to adjust the reservation. A waste of time.
There are alot if fees that are not included online. And are a surprise when you actually check out ar location. The uhual we rented leaked and ruined quiet a few boxes if clothes during our rental period. However the cashier went above and beyond tp help us!
This location was the secondary pickup location, due to unavailability of second choice vehicle, as originally requested. Had to drive 60 miles round trip to get vehicle, which put me 2 hrs behind schedule.
The people at the Homerville feed and seed were some of the most hospitable and kind individuals i have ever met. However the truck that they were forced to give me was nothing but trouble the entire trip from Georgia to Arizona. This is not the fault of homerville because when contacting Uhaul and asking what to do about some of the issues i was having the answers i was receiving were lack luster as the best. Never again will i be using Uhaul.

I had to drive 45 minutes to pick up the truck and trailor and was not notified until I called the evening before I was supposed to pick it up. They did not have one of the dollys I ordered and I had to go about 10 miles out of my way again to pick it up and did not know this until I got there to pick up the truck. The ladies at this location did not know how to use the new system UHaul has so that took a while and added to my frustration. Customers need to know what they are doing before the night before pick up and the staff at some locations need training.
