They charged me the additional $180 I was supposed to be discounted for driving to a larger city to return the truck. And then the customer service only refunded $150. The location was a gas station far from the original pick up site I requested. U Haul dropped the ball on this reservation.

The attendant was preoccupied and didn't get our truck ready until 30 minutes in, and was missing when we returned the truck. The attendant should be have been more attentive to us.

You are charging extra miles because the location that I was supposed to drop off the vehicle was closed. A very dangerous area where I had to wait alone for 45 minutes until someone gave me another location 13 miles away. It needs to be better communication amongst employees so people won't get charged extra money that they were told they wouldn't be charged for. Also they need to know that if those trucks move a certain way or Parton certain way the gas gauge will move up and down based on its location. I don't know the particular guy's name at the Exxon Mart in Hollywood Florida 5190 Southwest State Road 7 but he has a real nasty attitude and today's date is Saturday December 30th so he is working now I called this morning and he had a very nasty attitude he didn't want to hear nothing I had to say then he says he would call me back after you dealt with his customer and it's been another 20 minutes now I'm almost to the location. I don't recommend this location to anyone especially dealing with this guy I don't know his name but I wouldn't go to this location to rent a truck

I had to wait for at least 20 minutes before the clerk checked me in and than he didn't know what he was doing because he couldn't figure out how to check me in (another 5 minutes of waiting) then he proceeded to come around the counter without saying a word so I guess I was suppose to follow him? Than he instructed me to stay put. When I checked out, it was again waiting for minutes before I said to the other clerk, can I just give you my keys? She said okay and off I went. Terrible process and service but the van ran very nicely. Also I was overcharged. If it's $19.95 daily, why was I charged over $66? Someone needs to call me and explain this charge. There's only one guy working it in a dirty gas station. We were waiting for quite a while to get helped because there was a line and one person to work it and check the vehicles. Maybe a more efficient process if there's going to be one worker and a cleaner office/area.

Upon picking up my vehicle, the attendant did not review mileage and fuel gauge. I left with the vehicle at 1/4 tank. When reviewing the return information it stated I must return the vehicle at 3/4 tank. This is unacceptable. However I had to pay out my pocket to replenish the tank to 3/4 in order to return with out penalty.

When someone makes a reservation online, then uhual should make sure that what that person is renting is in fact actually at the location they are renting from. Not call the customer the next day to info them that there rental isn't available like the online reservation said it would be be, but rather available at another location that is 20 miles away from where you rented/need to move.

Took ALMOST 2 HOURS to complete pick up. First came in the morning at scheduled time and their computer was down. The person called 2 people to help get the contract. 1st person referred her to someone who was on the road and couldn't help. Instead of calling anyone else, she told me to come back later. I came back and it was a joke. Complete confusion, Had to go in and out a couple of times to get things right (equipment and credit card), the equipment wasn't ready. When it was delivered it had a lock and full of moving pads. The person helping could not figure out how to get the car transport on. I had to show him after 20 minutes, no handle for the window driver side, I was told I could drop off anywhere, found that out to be incorrect now, etc, etc, etc. I will be contacting Customer service for compensation and will need to reconsider who I choose to rent from on my next move. Oh and the location cancelled my original reservation, clearly to claim the commission on the reservation. Good thing the person who booked my reservation caught that. Just shows you about the location I picked up from,

This was the worst rental experience I've ever had. The u-haul agent there didn't know what he was doing and was the only person there for U-haul. The person at the counter was rude and when asked if she could help she pulled at her shirt and said "See.. this says MOBIL. Not U-haul. I don't do Uhaul." it took me 2 hours to get a van. The person on the reservations line, Irma, was HORRIBLE! She had the nerve to tell me that I hadn't checked in yet and despite using both the app on my phone and the mobile site, and finding out that the van wasn't reserved, she had the nerve to tell me that; 1). the place is closed (meanwhile, I'm there waiting to be helped) 2). I didn't use the app b/c she couldn't see it. even tho the app told me because no van was set aside for me to self-check out, and that i had to go inside.. she said she couldn't see it so therefore it couldn't be possible. Truly a miserable experience. Not only should I have a full refund, you should pay me for the aggravation. this location should not be renting anything. Horrible service.

I wouldn't recommend UHAUL to anyone. The service was horrible. I tried to call several times and never got through. The original pick up location didn't have a truck for me. The second pick up location was almost an hour late showing up to give me my truck for 9am pick up.
