They are crooks. I drove 6 miles total and they charged me $77 for gas. I returned the gas at the exact level it was when I rented. There was no way to dispute the charge online. It's on autopay and I was even charged a late fee when I have something on autopay. Also I was charged for 2 days when I returned the truck on the same day. Renting it myself took a huge amount of time because the truck looked nothing like the photos and I had to document all damage and even on the return, which ate into my time of rental. I am going to report you to the better business bureau and state attorney generalMaia Alanna N.

Regardless of the fact that I had previously filled in all my information into the order, including the photo of the DL, at the rental shop I was required to go through this process again and I lost time.Denis V.
It's not the location so much but Uhaul in general and the lack of communication. You rent a truck and uhaul then doesn't have one for you and then without telling you they send you to a different location who then completely changes your reservation needs. It also doesn't matter if you rent your trunk weeks prior either. We had a one way truck booked because we are moving and we had to return the truck at the original location and that was not communicated well. I think lack of communication is the main issue. People assume you understand their politics and they communicate to you like you work for Uhaul instead of communicating to you like a customer. I would suggest if you are changing people reservation, please contact them prior for at least a heads up. Most of your clients are moving, which is stressful enough, and adding extra unnecessary stress just seems ridiculous.Shad T.
