first estimate at Inglewood was less. i found a used Uhaul hitch at the junk yard ( on a Chevy Safari or Astro 1995 ) when looking for the 4 bolts needed. "did not fit" so i had to buy a new one. Trailer size was just right, thx. 4x8'

The counter person should not push services the customer doesn't want to use. I did not use the advanced check in and the counter person basically started to lecture me on how I should have used it. I don't need that sort of thing. I just wanted to get my van and go.

I called before arriving at this location to ask how returns worked. They told me to pull into the lot and someone would help me. The return equipment entrance was blocked off by trucks and I saw no help around so I had to park in front of a bus stop and fire hydrant to go in and inquire. No one was very helpful when I asked for help. Eventually I was told to go around the block and enter through the exit and that someone would help me there. That was annoying because I had mileage to stay under and I just had filled up the tank with gas to required limit. I pulled into the lot and parked anywhere because again there was no help around. Employees saw me and didn't try to come assist. As i'm entering the place again someone finally tries to help. We go to check the truck together and I was told that since I was given the truck at full fuel (it wasn't given to me full) and that I had gone over my mileage by over 150 miles, I would be charged around $200 extra for both those things. I was so upset because I obviously did not go over miles and did put in required fuel. I pulled up my contract and that proved to them I was fine but I still had to go in once more to get help. Eventually after quite awhile they let me go with no extra charges. I wasn't about to let them charge me extra. Just a lot of time wasted and getting upset. Annoying.

I arrived at 9:30 in the morning on Monday, 7/30, and no one was there to open. The manager finally arrived at 10:50! Others were also waiting and they said this was a common occurrence. I called customer service to complain and they said someone would call me within 24 hours to discuss the situation. No one ever called and I have since removed my things from Public Storage. I would have appreciated some follow up but there was none. I will not be using your business again.

Severely understaffed. After waiting in line for 20 minutes to secure a vehicle the previous weekend I decided to avoid that and pre-check my vehicle using the online process. I ran through all of that pretty smoothly but at the point of collecting the car key I was told that I would still have to go inside and wait in line to see the one representative in order to collect my key. This took 20 minutes of waiting and was completely infuriating. What's the point in going through the whole self check-in process only to have to wait in the same line as everyone else to collect a key? Complete waste of my time, inefficient to the whole process and very frustrating. Will not bother again.

The process was slow. I had to wait in line for a really long time because there was only one staff sitting at the computer to process the reservation. After my paperwork had been processed, I had to wait for a while for a staff to come to help me get the truck. It is very disorganized.

this comment is not at this location, but the original one I had placed a reservation at (620 Heliotrope). I arrived at 1:30, per my reservation time, to rent a truck, but there was a sign that said 'out to lunch, back soon'. Then when they did come back they found out the truck I was supposed to rent had not been returned. I understand this is not their fault, but had they called to confirm when the truck would be returned I might not have had to wait an additional half hour and then have to go another dealer in order to get the truck I rented. Their customer service was good and they took care of me in the end.

I left 4 new roles of duct tape in the back of the van. True I left them but since I also rented 6 pads it meant that the help went back there to take the pads out .I am sure they found it and could have called me ... Never did... VERY DISSAPOINTING..... What can I say !

They charge me furniture pads I didn't use them I never order them So mad for that 3 days trying to contact them and not respond When I call the number they have on the invoice the person who answered said that she is going to take massage and never solve my problem
