1. Horrible Cat urine odor and litter remnants on the for. Not cleaned. Had to wash out and scrub myself before putting anything inside. 2. No license plate, when realized they were closed and we had to be on the road. 3. Roof leaked like there was no tomorrow. Ruined 5 boxes of laminate flooring and a Generac generator. Claim was filed at This and That in Nicholasville KY. They were very helpful and outstanding to deal with.

I WILL NOT RECOMMEND THAT ANY ONE USE UHAUL . You charged me double the rental rate and when I asked why you said that it was supply and demand ! you changed my pick up to a place that was 27 miles further south of where I was going. when I went to drop it off you changed that to a location that was 17 miles further away. YOU TRIED TO CHARGE ME WITH A LATE FEE WHEN I WAS BRINGING IT BACK A DAY EARLY .

Front door was locked. My son and I walked around to a roll up shop door that was open. Across the room was a man standing at a cart reading the paper. We walked across the shop to the man without him ever acknowledging our presence. When I got to him I asked if he was the shop owner. He answered with something like ‘that depends ‘ or some other smart ass remark. I told him that I was there to pick up a U-Haul rental and he directed me to the front office. I told him I tried that and that the door was locked. He pointed towards two doors on the wall - one of which was the shop door into the office area. Another younger person walked us into the office and yelled upstairs to a 3rd man that he had customers here to pick up a U-Haul. He didn’t appear to be in any hurry until he heard me speaking in the office. At that point he hurried down to assist us. He prepared the paperwork and took payment and had us out the door quickly. He then met us outside and hooked the trailer up to the van we had picked up at another location. The 3rd man, the one that did the paperwork and hooked up the trailer was helpful. However, if I felt I had another option to get a trailer after my interaction with the first man I would have gone someplace else.

The trailer was barely serviceable - I'm not too sure how old it was but I would guess that because this was a one-way rental to Canada the group found the oldest trailer that barely passed inspection. The trailer was extremely heavy and I would have thought for my $400 + I would have at least had a newer trailer with a winch or independent support. I would hesitate to recommend U-Haul again.

I was treated very badly by the manager steve cross. Fortunately uhaul customer service was able to get him to help me, now im waiting for almost $500 to get reimbursed for an unnecessary charge by him.

Again the employees was very good and answered any questions I needed the equipment handles the load real good and I would definitely use it again

When we dropped the trailer at a time that was pre-scheduled with the receiving agent, there was no one available to receive it. We waited about an hour and then left the trailer in front of the gate. The next day, we returned the truck and were told that the computer system was down and the truck would have to be checked in later. The gentleman took all of our paperwork and left us with nothing to show that we had returned the equipment. Feeling uncomfortable with the situation, I returned and asked for some type of receipt. There were some issues wiith the system and a manager had to be contacted. The equipment return was processed by the other person and the receipt that was e-mailed to us showing $0. We were informed that the dispatching contract was our receipt, but the receiving agend did not return it to us so we had to request a copy of the dispatching contract for tax purposes. All-in-all, the entire U-Haul adventure was unsettling at best, but the equipment did get us to where we were going.
