Keys were not in lockbox, had to get assistance from employee inside building. Overall was very easy to pick up truck

Jessica Savitt was awesome too. It was amazing!! We went over 4.3 mi. And no charge. There system wouldn't allow her to charge us. Lol... God has shown his favor every time I've driven Uhaul over the years!! Thank you ladies for the amazing customer service!!
Representatives were very friendly and helpful. My only concern was the truck was stated as having 1/2 tank of gas, however it was a bit below a half tank.
The only bad part of the experience is the mobile check in. I tried it and one of the first steps was the â€œlocationâ€ portion. It could not locate me even though my location was on inside my phone. Maybe you should have a button that says skip this part and continue to check in. Luckily, I had an email from uhaul earlier that day that I just sent them an email with the photo of the gas being full and the mileage and they did not charge me an extra day or the additional $20 employee check in
The staff was super friendly and polite and most definitely will be renting again from that location thank you so much for the quick service
Everything with the rental went great!! Jessica did an awesome job!! She was very personable and explained everything in detail. Luckily we bought the additional insurance which covered the broken little side mirror when someone accidentally bumped into it!!! Whew!
When I called to schedule the rental, I was given a couple choices on where to drop the truck off in Cincinnati. I picked the one that was less than a mile from where we were. When I went to pick it up, I was asked again where I wanted to drop it off. I said the one that was less than a mile from our location, that the person who I reserved the rental from told me about. The person at the Toledo location where we picked up the rental had no idea which location that was. She had me look at a very general map and had me pick one. It was not the closest one. I wish the person who took the reservation would had given that information to the Toledo location. That was the ONLY thing that wasnâ€™t 100%.
I dropped my uhaul off through the app! Everything was very self explanatory!
The drop off box for keys is not orange like the website says and shows. It is also not properly labeled for uhaul key drop-off. It is a black box simply labeled "U-Store payment and key dropbox" Spent 15 minutes trying to decide if that was the correct box to leave my keys in while uhaul customer support was busy. Would only recommend if the key drop off box was addressed.

Worse experience ever. I rented Uhaul a lot but this was my worst experience.Said on paperwork $72 But had to give $100 because I was paying cash after I turn in truck now costs $106 never have I ever rented a truck for $29 for the day and my rest of deposit wasnâ€™t returned thatâ€™s a difference of $34.No more renting Uhaul and going to Tell Everyone how I got ripped off!!!!
Your online ordering system is terrible. I understand it could be difficult to coordinate all the rentals, but I had 3 different pick up sites sent to me at one point or another. I got "lucky" that the final pick up point wasn't too far from my home.

This location was not necessarily the reason for the low grade. This whole 24/7 pickup procedure was absolutely ridiculous. It took 5 phone calls to the office to get the rental entered online. Then it took over an hour and two separate trips to truck location to finally get the truck. The verification process was way too complicated. That was only made worse by employees who are not well versed in what may cause the problems. First problem was that the pick up time listed must be very close to the time of actual pick up or the process does not work. All of your employees should be aware of this fact as the system does not work without it. A fact that I figured out on my own. Add to that, everytime I went into the verification process it asked for me to retake all the pictures again and again. I took our driver's picture at least 5 times. The second contact information when they tried to call our grandson answered but could not hear what the agent was saying so I was told it could not be verified and then they ended the process online and I needed to start all over again. The second online agent put everything right through even though they never checked the second contact information. Over all a VERY BAD experience. Not sure I wil try it again.

There was no dolly or blankets in the truck when we picked it up. We had to drive to a different location to pick up the dolly ourselves because this location did not have any on the property.

Rhonda A. Was wonderful, very caring and considerate. She really helped make the pressures of moving bearable. In the past my experience with uhaul personnel wasn't the greatest but she restored my faith in uhaul. I appreciate her and all her assistance.
Renting the truck was a hassle. I reserved the truck at a nearby rental location for a one-way move. I was told however that someone from U-Haul would contact me to verify where to pick up the vehicle, this never happened, I called U-Haul at 4:00 the day before I was scheduled to pick up the truck. I was on the phone for an hour and a half, waiting for someone to answer my simple questions of where to pick up and more importantly, where to return the truck as I was doing a one way trip. After enduring my long wait, I was told that I could not pick up the truck at the location I reserved it but a location 20 miles further away and that an extra 20 miles were added to my contract for the inconvenience of having to drive further to get it. What about the 20 miles back to my home to load the truck? What about the inconvenience of waiting on the phone for 90 minutes?? So off to the new pick-up location we went. It appeared that I was the first ever to do a one way trip from this location as they were of no help in determining where I could drop the truck off at. They suggested a drop off location 30 miles from my destination. I asked about 2 other locations that I found on-line while waiting that were within 5 miles of my location and they said they didn't have any record of them. I finally told them I would just call u-hail when I was ready to drop off the truck and take it to the nearest dealer I could find. I ended up taking it to a location 5 miles from my destination. Overall, the truck was rented, loaded, unloaded, and returned and everything that needed to be moved, was moved. It was just a struggle to get information from U-Haul.
