Uhaul Rep was on the phone with someone speaking another language the whole time I was being processed. She took a good bit of time. THIS WAS AFTER I WENT TO MY ORIGINAL LOCATION TO GET A TRAILER THAT WAS RESERVED AND THEY WERE CLOSED! I spent time and money because the location decided the were not gonna open on time.

The people who the establishment are extremely rude and unprofessional. The truck was dirty front and back and smelled of cigarette smoke and wet dog. I will never pick up at this location again!!!!

The female that I initially dealt with to receive the keys to the rented vehicle was rude, impatient, & insulting. I had to ask where the auto transport attachment was that I rented and she responded aggravatingly “where is your husband? Doesn’t he know how to do that?” Frankly, I’m not married and never have been. But even if I were, she couldn’t help herself out of a wet paper sack if she had to considering she didn’t know what separate rented attachment was needed, she doesn’t care even a tiny bit to take time to explain to the customer how in which to locate what they have paid to rent, and “husband” and whatever knowledge he may or may not have is none of her damn business. Awfully presumptive, regardless, to thoughtlessly make such comments as if I was rattling the cage of the wrong wild animal for the needs in which I had. Customer service- someone please teach her what that means and how to represent uhaul in a professional, compassionate, and respectful manner. She needs to start from the very beginning in that course. Or pick a different profession. I will certainly NEVER return to that location for so much as 5 cent piece of bubble gum, much less for rental services for uhaul. Thanks.

Had top go over original mileage, 2 payments made, 85+ 105+ and I was told I'd be billed for one payment of $191+ then be reimbursed the 2 payments. I was reimbursed the $85+ but still being charged the $105+ along with being charged $191+ that's causing my account to be overdrawn due to ya'll's error of double charging. No I'm not happy. I need the $105+ reimbursed! I had $41 until y'all double charged my account. You have your $191 now give me back my $105!

We did mobile pickup & were first scheduled to pick up at the W. Memorial Dr in Dallas. That location was very poor. I locked my doors as soon as I pulled in. Also, the mobile pickup didnt work so they sent us to a different pickup location. We were an hour late for an appointment we had.

I looked on my bank statement and saw that the returning store had charge my card $12.56 for an unauthorized charge! I took pictures of the gas and mileage when I got in the rental and when I dropped off and both were in guidelines of my rental. I notified my bank of this unauthorized charge!

The Manager, Mr. Ail Patel, was extremely rude to me. He told me I would have to wait over 2 hours until his next shift clerk came to work before he could help me check in my rental truck and receive a receipt. He said I could either wait or go somewhere else. I would definitely not recommend this location to anyone renting a Uhaul

Agent was confused and could not locate proper key. Asked us to try various keys to see if they worked in the truck until we found a key that worked. We discovered after we left that the gas tank was only 1/4 full, and also that that the mileage was off by over 100,000K. When I called, the agent advised me that we we were actually issed a 15' truck versus a 17' truck which we reserved. Agent was rude about the entire thing.

When I got the rental agreement, it was unclear that the fuel indicator mark on the agreement was very close to full, but not quite (between 7/8 and full). I drove the truck 7 miles and ended up pumping 7.3 gallons of gas into it, for over $20. When i pointed it out to the clerk, he said he couldn't give me a refund on the gas, even though I filled the truck at HIS gas station. I feel like this was a clever way of getting me to mistakenly pump more gas into the tank than necessary, and I got scammed out of $20 in gas for a 7-mile trip.

I have rented twice from this location. Very easy and quick both times. The people are very nice.



Cashier on duty was rude and unhelpful. We completed the self check in online and uploaded the pictures as requested for the drop off. Instead of accepting the keys for the truck, the cashier proceeded to badger us and tell us that doesn't count. We had to walk back and forth from the store to the truck numerous times to get information which was already sent / given to U-Haul. If that wasn't enough, the cashier proceeded to tell us he would not accept the truck because it wasn't all the way full and we needed to purchase the gas from him. The gas hand literally was a hairline or LESS below the full marker. He was giving us such a hard time, so we called customer service to understand how self check in works and if the cashier was trying to get over on us. The lady on the phone was wonderful and was able to advise the cashier that we had done everything required and he needed to accept the return without imposing any further issues. Having spent the entire day on the road driving, unpacking and moving with three little ones and a dog, this was the LAST thing our family wanted to deal with. If I could have found another return location that wouldn't have taken us over any more of the allotted mileage, I would have. I do not recommend this location at all due to their manner of service and lack of professionalism.



This location is very rid and unprofessional. I finally reached the Indian skinny female clerk at the counter after waiting in line for more than 10 minutes, she tells me "you have to wait". Then began taking other customers behind me that wanted to play the lottery or purchase whatever. Knowing that returning the equipment is priced by time returned. After waiting in line again for another ten or so minutes she finally go to the machine to check me in and stated that my price have increased from $80 to $115. When I ask why she began to frown and say " your card is billed for $115". I asked politely can you explain why and let me get my copy from checkout three days ago. I then asked what her name and she would not tell me. She then continued taking customer playing the lottery saying "you went for 4 days". I replied no 20th to 23rd is not 4 days. I then asked the man that checked me out whats his name he stated Sam then proceeded to put his head down. I said I can tell you are lying your name is not Sam. So called Sam said he was a new worker. I then called U-Haul customer service and explained to them and was refunded for the clerk not closing me out when I arrived. The man that calls himself Sam / new worker is the person posing with these U-Haul vehicles on this Yelp site.
