This was by far the worst rental experience I've ever had. The mobile checkout service took an hour and a half as I sat next to the vehicle unable to use it until tech support could release the code to me. Never again! The entire move was only planned to take 35 minutes but hours and hours later after missing connections because of the delay J was able to finish . Thanks for costing me 8 hours of lost income. Bring back some real in person staff.

Gabriel G.Mobile site is terrible. Took me 30 minutes to get all the way through what should've only taken 5 minutes. Had to call and wait on hold for 30 minutes to get the code. Will not do mobile pick up again. Absolutely terrible.
