I rented a furniture dolly which seems they would have given me a truck with a ramp this made it horrible

I arrived to drop off equipment and there was sign in the door back in 20 minutes that the guy forgot to take off the door so I waited 25 minutes and then saw another customer come out and asked if they were open he said yes. I went in and the guy just asked if I was dropping off a uhaul. I said yes and he just took the key and wasn't going to ask my name or ask where the equipment was parked or anything until I gave him my name and told him what I was dropping off and where it was parked. He made me feel like I was bothering him and wasting his time.
Denise M.The tire on the right rear was low on air pressure to the point that you couldn't get your mileage reading because the alarm of the tire pressure was so low it kept flashing across the odometer area.

ALAN A.I thought there would be some drop off process. Instead he just said leave it there next to another trailer. I photographed for my own purposes just in case someone came back later and said something was not right.
