Daniel got me in/out fast! I'm a repeat customer for that location specifically because I like working with them. However, I was further out, It was good to be in a nice location and easy to park my car in the shopping lot while i use the truck and the location is near other businesses. Improvements: repeat renters program?

There was an issue when I tried to pick up vehicle. I called 614 503-1471 which I found on Google for the location with Ace Hardware in Hilliard. When I called in I confirmed this was the right spot. A woman took my reservation. The next day when I went to get it two men (nice guys) said they had no record of it and I was in wrong spot. They rented me one "anyways" after saying there is no way I called them. While they were writing me up I redialed the number 614 503-1471 to make sure I wasn't loosing my mind as I started questioning if I DID call them! Well the phone on the desk he was writing me up at starting ringing...it was me calling as I was standing there. Proving I did in fact call them and they messed something up. The right thing for the gentleman to do would have been to apologize to me for their mistake. Instead he said "your wife must be calling looking for you". I said "no that's me calling the number I called yesterday to make sure I didn't have the wrong place"....like they were trying to imply I did. Not a big deal since they were nice but at first acted like it was a big favor to me....when in fact someone at their store dropped the ball. He should have acknowledged that and said sorry. Instead nothing was said. I would absolutely do business there again. But it was an akward situation and I still left feeling like "they did me some big favor" when in fact I made arrangements the AM before. They dropped the ball. Always put your customer first.

I had an issue with the vehicle starting. Often, it would die after a few seconds. After 3-4 tries, then it would do nothing. Then if I let it sit for a few minutes, it would start fine.

They were very confused when we picked the truck up. What should have taken just a few minutes took about 20. And we were told it had to be returned by 9 am the next day. We actually returned it at 4 pm same day. Then the next morning I got a call asking when I was planning on returning it. I explained that we returned it the day before and her response was, “well that doesn’t surprise me.” I thought it was very unprofessional. About an hour later I drive by and there sat the vehicle we used in the lot. Like they couldn’t see it was there?! They never called me back to tell me everything was ok, or to apologize. Very poor experience overall.

No one looked at the mileage I used. Which was 4 miles less. That the assuming mileage. When I went to pick up the van. So there has been no credit and I'm over charged by about $4.00. Generally that amount is nothing to some. But a lot for me as I am not employed at this time. So I hope that this is resolved in the next couple of days. If not I am going to have to be an ass and go in and complain. Which I don't hope I have to do.

When I picked up the vehicle the tire pressure monitor light was on on the dashboard. I had no time to deal with it and had to eyeball the tires throughout the day. I told them it was on when I returned. They tend to have trouble with their computer systems there. I was turned away when I first tried to reserve there and had to do it at home. It's a reservation for a moving vehicle, I wasn't comfortable with that. You have to be sure it will be there when you need it.

Overall it was easy and in a great location for what I needed to do. They did forget to give put the appliance dolly in the vehicle so I drove to the pick-up site and back to get the dolly. They could have offered to deduct that mileage 7 miles from my bill as that wasn't my fault and I had a total of 15 miles and I find it hard to believe that I used $15.76 in gas $2.32 per gallon for just 15 miles of travel, so I'm guessing the last person didn't top off the tank

I receive one receipt for a total charge of 43.91 then receive another email with a charge of 75. And change - so I am not happy about your charging practices
