The only complaint is the side mirrors were loose so as I drove they moved from the location I need them to be, I considered this a safety hazard.

The lot attendants were not very attentive or courteous. They need to work on customer service. They looked sleepy, tired, in general did not appear to want to help. However, the woman who handled my rental inside the office was incredibly diligent and knowledgeable. Another time before the rental, I came in to buy boxes and ask questions. The woman at the counter (different one) was very helpful and patient.

The van was clean, but had a disgusting odor that smelled like rotten fish. We also got charged for gas on return even though we filled it right before returning to the amount that it said on the paper. So that was disappointing. The location was convenient for us and my husband rents multiple trucks a month there, but this time we just didn’t have the best experience.

#1 Vehicle was poorly maintained and the headlights and mirror were not adjusted. I am a mechanic and would be ashamed if I were U-haul to loan a vehicle in the condition mine was in. Secondly, I was told I could change my credit card when I returned the vehicle as long as I was there before 7pm. I got there at 6:45 on the 19th and was told that they stop checking in vehicles at that time and could not change my credit card on file. What one has to do with the other I do not know. The doors were open and staff was inside yet I was told to call to make the change. The next day I called and was told to call a main number which I did and I spoke to a man named Gottfried. He told me he would call the store and have them call me to make the change . I never received a call. After sharing my story I have discovered that there are frequent bad expereinces with this location. BAD Business U-haul

When I reserved my U-Haul, I was looking for advisement from the customer service agent as to the appropriate size to order. I expressed how large my house was yet the U-Haul I got was WAY TOO SMALL! I had to rent a second U-Haul. Was a huge added expense and difficult to get another driver. I asked to upgrade when I picked it up and that wasn't an option and there the service agent was very unfriendly. Not a great experience.

I think discounts should be made for anyone renting for more than a week and/or prorate any extre days at a discounted rate.

I only drove about 11 miles in my truck he wasn’t in town move. I ended up paying $20 to get the fuel back to where it was because they were dishonest about how much fuel was in the truck to begin with. Manager told me not to leave my car there overnight because it would not be safe.
