Reservation was reassigned to a new location without notifying me. Cost additional mileage to my rental (both to and from), additional gas and because of the distance, cut my usable time of the rental. In addition, I had to scramble for transportation to pick up and return the rental truck. Lousy corporate service from UHaul. Finally, the truck I got was not clean in the cargo area. Looked like previous renters transported mulch and did not thoroughly sweep.

I? was charged an extra $36.39 after I? dropped off the truck? I? would like to know why? First, I? was under the estimated miles I? gave when I? picked up the truck, second, I? filled the tank up with gas. This is the second time I? was charged extra after dropping off a uhaul truck on back to back months. I? dropped the truck off on line, I? could not park the truck where I? was asked because there was a line of other parked trucks, I? also took pics of this I? Case you made an issue over that, but I? parked at the only place I? could, which was in line with the other parked returned trucks. If you don’t have a justified excuse for charging me more than I? want my account refunded before I? file a formal complaint with Corporate. Regards, Nidal

On return I told the CS agent that the truck was not driving well. It felt like it was missing or something was weird in the transmission - especially noticeable under a load. They were very dismissive. It’s going to end up broken down on the side of the road. Also, when checking out the truck, the man at the desk had trouble getting the paperwork to show up on the signing device. So I thought I was just signing for the truck. He never informed me that I was also agreeing to extra insurance. I was really frustrated when I saw I had agreed to that without being verbally informed of it. Most rental place explain what you are signing for and he did not. I did not ask for a refund because I recognize that it’s my responsibility to know what I’m signing. But still I felt taken advantage of. Finally the parking at that location is very limited.

WAY too busy, people are crabby and the parking lot is a mess. This location seems to have more volume than they can reasonably accommodate with their site limitations. I'll go elsewhere next time.

This was a terrible experience from the second we arrived and were told "your truck was supposed to be ready, but it isn't" to the last minute when we returned the truck, clean and with the specified amount of gas, and were told that we would be charged for both cleaning and gas. The person who helped us check out and check back in was not good at customer service, did not explain things clearly, and was unwilling to listen when we told him we had already filled the gas and showed him pictures of the gas tank at both the time of pickup and return. I would not recommend this location to anyone in the future.

John the manager was most helpful after I rented too small of a truck and he quickly got me into a larger one and put me on the road to keep me on time for my 1000 mile move. Thanks John!!!

I returned the truck at 5:01 and was told I could leave and that I would get an email receipt. I get the email receipt and they have truck returned at 5:54 charging me an additional 19:95 plus taxes. This is criminal. I expect a refund immediately.

They hit me with a fuel charge even though I returned the truck at the same level as I got it at. Apparently their system did not have the right level when I checked out. I made 5 calls to correct the mistake and each time the manager (Jorge) was unavailable. He once left me a voicemail asking me to confirm that my address was correct so they could issue a 'microcheck'. I did but nothing ever came in the mail. This place is disorganized and incapable of resolving routine stuff.

I was in a hurry when I picked up the truck. Michael picked up on my anxiety and sped things up. He got me in and out of there in less than 5 minutes and even took me out to the truck to make sure it was ready to go. Excellent customer service.

When paying for gas/mileage, it's really annoying to have a truck running for long periods of time while: waiting for someone to talk with; looking at truck for previous damage; listening to lengthy explanations. It would be appreciated if truck is available, engine off, until ready to depart. I don't know what gas mileage a 10' truck gets, but we had to put in three gallons of gas for 21 miles. The environment will thank you too.

DONt charge the customer for two days when they only have it for one. I had to go into the location to get a refund for the extra day. They were very accommodating with the refund, but I would have rather just been charged accordingly.

I was in this facility twice. It is extremely difficult to get into due to a serious lack of parking. The first time I felt like they could have cared less if I was there. Due to this I rented my truck from a different location. While loading the truck I realized I needed more space and called this location to get a trailer since it was so close. This time, both on the phone and in person, a had the opposite experience. Friendly, helpful and seemed to make sure I was taken care of. Don’t know which is their “norm”.
