The men outside not only sent us out with a broken uhaul, he complained to us that the man inside has worked here for years, but makes mistakes everyday and is super annoying. After we left with the uhaul that was full, they made us come back and switch to a different one. They were extremely rude and blamed us for not coming back soon enough to switch. We asked for a refund and the manager said he would give us $30 off from a rude manager. I told him that was not acceptable and he said there was nothing he could do. I would like to be contacted to take care of the situation.

The inside people helping me out were very nice. the guy outside that started to hook my trailer up tp my car was awful. he started yelling at me and being super rude. would not give me my contract back after i asked for it and was so mean. i had to go inside to get someone else to get him to give me contract so i could leave the location. i have zero idea what i did to him but he hated me and would not stop being rude.

The size of the storages are not true as posted. I rented a 10x10 and was told a two bedroom apartment would fit. That is not true. Unless you did not have a complete apartment. I am not a pack rat and only have what I need. Therefore an appropriate size for a two bedroom that has each room furnished would the 10x15

Everyone was so friendly, helpful, and great to work with. The only thing I would recommend to the corporate headquarters, not this location specifically, is that it is very difficult for those with tax exempt business status to checkout. They mentioned at the store that the system was different from before when I would check out with ease and there is no longer a way to easily remove the tax. Please take this suggestion into consideration for tax exempt organizations. Thank you!

I always spend extra time just waiting at the counter for service. Maybe cross-train some others to help out at the counter? Otherwise, always polite and helpful service.

The check in process needs improvement. I have always checked in , paid, driver's ID and cc payment etc. is all done completed and confirmed online. When I get there I have to wait sometimes up to 30 minutes because there is no one who is available to check me in? I don't think it should be that hard to check in when I've done virtually everything, already, online.

Uhaul crusted with bugs on outside and I needed to force staff to clean windshield which they did with water only leaving it smeared with bug juice. Steering was difficult as there was a 1/4 turn play. Large RV's were easier in past

I think the price was a little high for what I got, and I think it is ridiculess that I could keep the trailer for 5 days and return it to where I originally picked it up for almost half of what the cost is for 1 way and using the trailer 1 day. The trailer worked very well and I did not have any problems at all.

I rented a 6x12 trailer that i thought was more of a flat bed but when i picked it up it had sides and the gate was more narrow than 6 feet so i had to do some adjusting to haul what i had. Might be good to let everybody know the exact dimensions. Other than that it was great.

Because the truck was locked and no one was able to help me out through the app after hours, I had to cancel my movers because of the 2 hour delay in the opening of the local customer service, taking a $90 hit. I also had to drive further to pick up the truck, costing me more money than I had originally planned. Then, when I checked the vehicle back in, the associate tried to say I caused damage to the outside of the truck, which I did not. Overall, a terrible experience--one I feel I should've received some reimbursement on.
